Casey Ordering In!

Casey Anthony has been laying low of late. She was reading and only talking to her lawyer. No family visits at all.

Reports yesterday that Casey finally placed an order for “goodies” in the jail!  What kinds of things does a mommy dearest order? Well looks like just the staples such as lotion, toothpaste,shampoo and conditioner and  stuff like that. When one goes to prison one gives up your overnight bag, remember Paris did not even have one!

Any makeup items is so she will look pretty for the cameras in December; when she goes back to court.

Here’s hoping that Casey is doing some soul-searching amidst the reports of her and boyfriend going to the Blockbuster Video and renting horror movies that contain mothers offing their own children!!

Wow! That is something as police believe that Caylee Anthony was either in the trunk dead or possibly dieing while she was galaventing and playing kissy-face with the newest beau!  I can barely write this without shuttering, I don’t know what button in your mind and heart that one would have to turn off in order to do what we think she has done, but she is one piece of work!

I am axiously awaiting the day of her trial to begin so that her life can officially end the way her daughters’ did.  Let’s hope that justice will be swift and sweet so that us taxpayers may have some relief (if that is possible)!

Hudson Family Murders/Chicago Crime Problem

Although Mr. Balfour is the person of interest in this case, and is being held on a probation violation right now, the Chicago Police have not arrested him as of yet.  It has been theorized upon finding the suv the next day, that perhaps there was another person involved. It is just a rumor being circulated by word of mouth. Also breaking news as of last evening,police released finding some evidence in the brush near where the suv was found. Again, it was not released what it was that was found. But everyone thinks it could be the shooters gun. We all hold hope that it (evidence) will lead us to Mr. Balfour or another. This is such a tragedy of great magnitude. This is really tough for people to go through. I do not understand what can bring a person to do this, and exactly what was that person thinking when they looked into the eyes of that child?

In Chicago here of late and all through end of school year this past summer, it has been terrible here!

Chicago as a city has surpassed both New York City, and Los Angeles in the number of deaths (killings) for the year. It seems to me that we were once a very nice city to visit, on the list of top ten destinations in the world. Wow that was a great honor. I am sure at this point we are no longer on that list. It seems that the younger children are the ones who have topped out that record. The so called “gang” related shootings, and kids with guns making rash decisions.  We need to do something to get rid of the guns. Police Commissioner Jody Weiss has professed putting  more officers on  street patrol  in the neighborhoods and is asking everyone to take part in the reporting on those who keep secrets, and come forward with things that one has seen. Our numbers have never been higher.

Chicago has a gang and violence problem. We as a city need to take back our neighborhoods,keep the pressure on by having a known force there out on the streets. A force that can befriend those in the neighborhood and take the streets back at a grassroots level. Also by having made these relationships I feel that people in the neighborhood will be more apt to say they saw something if they knew that they were helping out and that they would not meet with reprisal in any way. The street is tough.

I am not sure how we are going to host the Olympics, I think that this may be one more nail in the coffin; with such high numbers I don’t think we stand a chnce!

Vigil For Stacy

On October 28, 2008 Stacy Peterson has gone missing for one full year! On a very cold night about 100 people vowed in silence to remember a friend,loved one,grandchild, niece, and aunt. In what was a short distance,the marchers went from Kathleen Savio old home to Stacy Peterson’s last residence; in which Drew Peterson and the children still live. The final vigil stop was at next door neighbors’ home. Where a tribute garden has been set up in the front yard with potted flowers and pictures.

The former Police sgt. Drew Peterson is considered the sole suspect in her disappearance. And this investigation then led officers to open the case of Kathleen Savio Peterson’s now deceased  3rd wife. And they have now ruled that a homicide.

Drew would not make a comment about the vigil nor did he attend it. He did however, appear on the Today show where he was interviewed by Matt Lauer. And in that interview that aired during the regular scheduled show, Drew asked Stacy to just show yourself. That his belief is, is that she went missing to be with another man. Blah……….Blah……..Blah! Same stuff only a different day!

Drew Peterson is keeping with his story, and his lie is extraordinary! He had lied about it so much that he really believes it happened!

I also did not attend the vigil but, I prayed for her. I prayed for every woman that has either lost her struggle with an abuser, or is in an abusive situation currently. I know there are so many other Drew Peterson’s out there. Too many to count.

I will continue to follow the case as Will County and IL States’s Attorney has said that we will have an outcome soon, a resolution to one of the cases. I cannot wait. Or will this be another OJ case? As I said before will Drew Peterson go in on gun charges instead? Similar to OJ. We will see soon.

Casey Anthony, It’s On!

Update:

Pre-trial motions set before Judge Strickland this morning. Casey sent a written plea to the judge this morning. The plea was that of not guilty! This deemed her and her attorney no appearance before the judge necessary. Now the state has about two weeks for discovery.

Now, we may see an appearance in court soon of the Lawyer that Mr. Baez brought in to defend Casey. Terry Lenamon defends people that are facing the death penalty. He has done eight capital cases. The outcomes were: six received the life sentence and the other two were sentenced to death!

See you on December 11, 2008 for pre-trial, and we will all be watching as the trial begins on January 5, 2009.  With a team like Casey’s she’ll be right where she should be.

Casey Anthony Goes before the Judge

Update: Casey Anthony goes today for arraignment. Of course she is pleading not guilty!

FBI lab tests have hair,tire cover, and the trunk liner of her vehicle showing human decomposition. This only happens when something human is dead. Hair results match could be Caylee (or relation Casey).

While a search goes on for lost Caylee, Casey will go before the judge plead that she is not guilty and her world still spins. Perhaps while others will be out there toiling and searching, Casey will order up another mystery book and order a snack and sit back and wait for Mr Lenamon (Miami lawyer) to fight her case with Mr. Baez. Perhaps the next time she goes before the judge, she will be meeting with her maker as well?

Drew Peterson Going on Today Show

Drew Peterson is celebrating! He’s celebrating by going on TV again! He is going to appear in a very short time on the Today morning show!  I don’t know about you, but I’ll take a pass.

It is extremely difficult for me to sit and watch a smug person trying hang out in the limelight again, especially since he is not a star, a writer, or even a person of some substance!

I say Boycot Drew Peterson on Today show!

Stacy Peterson will be missing one year, and Kathleen Savio a mysterious death! And who needs to be upfront and center? Drew, that’s who! The vigil will go on, and I’m glad right in front of his home!Could that really be why he got on the plane and skipped town?

It may be real mittigating factor. Most abusers need to have full control, and Stacy commands notice for be missing for one year, and Drew Peterson knows that people will think about him again and not in a good way!  Although I will not be watching this, I hope whomever interviews him, will grill him to death! And further more I hope he trips on his words. When will these two (Drew Peterson and his lawyer) figure out that the more he talks, the more we can gather from him.

I have often compared Drew Peterson with the off-kilter Casey Anthony, why? Because Drew Peterson goes from one conquest to the next, and well so did Casey! The second comparison is that they lie! Drew Peterson was found to have been deceptive on the questions that were asked of him on the polygraph machine on the subject of Stacy Peterson. And finally third, the person wants to be the center of the universe; again they both are so much alike.

Good luck Mr. Peterson, I hope that you’re feeling somewhat guilty over what has happened, maybe some remorse?  It appears that your days may be numbered just like Casey Anthony. I hope that when your day does come you’ll get set-up just like Casey. I mean with the cash on account, and the pretty picture window and all. After all you’re a star (in your own mind!)

Casey,Cooking Up Some Chloroform?

Casey Anthony searching on-line for a special recipe.  A recipe to share for the upcoming holidays? One to share for a pot-luck dinner?  No way! Casey in her off-kilter way was looking for a recipe to make her life easier. To keep up with her conquests; leaving behind her “little snot-head” so she can go out and party! That’s more her speed. I am feeling so bad for the adorable little Caylee Anthony and Cindy and George Anthony. The grandparents want so much to believe that the granddaughter is still alive. At this point with the evidence mounting against Casey, the family can no longer deny that their granddaughter has met with foul play and that is their very flesh and blood that has caused this to happen. What an awful thing to have to face. Anyone would be in sheer denial. But as for myself, I certainly would not be out on different shows touting and talking up my daughter!

It seems such an unfair outcome for parents to bare, raise, and love their children; and their lives turn out the way that they do. We all try to instill the best in our offspring and do bare some responsibility in wondering what we could have done differently. One good thing to do would’ve to pass down that special cake recipe, or that special crock pot recipe and always having a heads-up on what they are doing no matter the age. One thing that I have personally learned is that once you are a parent, you are always a parent! You don’t stop being mother and father just because your kids grow up!  I’m not blaming the parents entirely for Casey Anthony’s actions; one could never know that a person could snap so easily or know that their judgement would be so impaired! But mothers and fathers should know if the behaviors of their child has changed in any way.

Since the family was living in somewhat close quarters, and possibly sharing the same computer, I would have wondered if chloroform popped up and to what was the reasoning behind the search would have been.

Too bad Casey wasn’t looking for a brownie recipe!

Casey Anthony No Longer Neglectful!

The state of Florida and the Orange County DA has dropped the charges of neglect against Casey Anthony. It only stands to reason that if the county is going forward with the murder charges against her the lesser charges of neglect would be dropped. It is not to say that she was/is not ever been neglectful, it is just that of course murder (as well as the other charges) trump the other charge. Now, however, Orange county is still going to prosecute on the check fraud charges, and the theft charges.

The evidence on the charges of the check fraud, and theft are well documented as the tape at the Target store caught her red-handed! It was comical to see her wearing some of the items she basically stole!

Getting back to the murder 1 charges; Casey sits behind bars for an entire week and has no familialvisitors. Only her lawyer came by. Jose Baez has hired a high profile attorney from the Miami area to represent Casey Anthony in the murder case because Jose Baez did not have enough trial experience.

We have all found out through several sources now that Casey Anthony has a bit of money in her prison account now, where she can buy cosmetics, foods, and other things other than her three square meals. It almost sounds like Casey Anthony is lounging around in pjs and reading books and enjoying quiet relax time with herself. Sounds like everyone’s dream!

I think that Casey will always remain in protective custody, I don’t think that she will ever make it to the general population. Prison, (yes, even in women’s prisons) have a separate set of rules. Those inmates who denigrate a child are always dealt with more harshly by their fellow inmates. It is the way of the prison system.  Not such a bad set of rules!

More evidence is slowly leaking out about the case. Theories are now starting to formulate as to why and to how it may have happened. I hope that Casey is starting to sweat. I hope that she is doing alot of thinking. I hope she is asking for forgiveness from her maker. I can only wish that for her mother and father, that they can all come to some reconciliation so all will be able to move on. I said it before and I will repeat this, Casey Anthony knows not what harm she has caused through her actions. She has made it so hard for her family. Their family name is a house-hold name now.

She selflessly and mericlessly destroyed the life of her little angel child, now slowly but surely she has begin to pick away at her mother and father. They still are telling themselves that Caylee is still alive and we know there is no hope. The proceedings in the future will but about “kill” them! If I were Cindy and George I would not be going on GMA anymore. I think I would stop trying to convince everyone around me that my granddaughter is not dead. I would spend a small bit of time trying to get a grip on the true story first!

Good Luck to Cindy and George. If you do ever go and visit Casey, ask her to confess.  There are (3) people already that have come forward and placed Anthony in the vicinity as well as seen her with shovel and signature hat.

Good riddance Casey! You are a piece of work! You are a  slimy, socio-pathologic liar and your days are numbered. I hope that Mr. Miller and Equusearch do recover Caylee so that your immediate family can have closure.

Barack SNL next?

Sarah Palin did well making fun of herself. In fact so many people tuned in that it broke all of the records for viewership in the past 14 years!

It looks like new breaking news today, that Barack is next to go on SNL!  Perhaps on November 1,2008 we will see him on SNL Saying that famous line “live from New York its Saturday Night”!

I wonder what  types of skits they’ll have him do? Will they actually make fun out of his heritage? That subject seems to be one that is a taboo one to use.  I hope they’ll use the fact that sometimes he likes to dance and they’ll play that one up?

I hope we will see him on the show it will be funny. I think that having Barack on so close to election that it can only help him.  Your thoughts?

Palin on SNL !

Palin was in the house! Sarah Palin, if you already didn’t hear, was on SNL over the weekend. She did several spots on the show and was part of the opening feature.

Sarah Palin got to say the infamous line “live from New York, its Saturday night live!”

I thought she was a good sport and did quite well on the show. She allowed them to make fun out of her. Alec Baldwin called her Caribou Barbie, when she  said that Steven Baldwin was her favorite out of the Baldwin brothers. She was cute and she was funny.

But will it garner votes? Probably a few will have liked her acting and a few will have jumped on to her bandwagon, but I still think more than not that people probably will still want to judge her on her abilities and not on acting prowess. She was good as she waved her hands in the air, like she just don’t care.

Let us continue to juge her on the abilites that she presents and not if she can dance and wrap. Let’s hope that she can face the issues that arrise on a regular basis.

So get out and cast a vote on election day. It is important that you validate your privillage to  vote. If you don’t do it for yourself do it for the little ones in your life.
