Mike Brooks who works with Nancy Grace, a former cop himself, was speaking about the Casey Anthony case to the person who was supporting the Jose Baez legal team. His name is Mr. Todd Black. As Mr. Todd Black was answering some of Mike Brook’s questions he made a statement to effect of……”this is a very serious case involving not just the loss of life of this little girl but the loss of whatever is going to happen with Casey Anthony.”
Yesterday, Mr Jose Baez stood before the news cameras and said that his(Todd Black) words were taken out of context. Many news services have released transcripts and word for word- not even close to being out of context!
Mr. Baez states that he and his team believes the child Caylee Anthony to be alive and that no one ever said she was dead. He stated further that we (us and the news services) are doing a disservice to the Anthony family. Oh Please! He blew it- Baez knows it- just get on with it!
Freudian slip or not, it matters not. Unfortunately it is getting harder to believe that this little girl is alive. Mr Baez and his team must believe the same.
And as far as disservice to the Anthony’s; It is my opinion that Mr. Baez is the one doing a disservice to the Anthony’s as he is not trial experienced enough to represent Casey Anthony at this point! Hopefully he will bring in a big name. Although he says he has someone that currently does not want to be identified! A lawyer not wanting to be identified? Hard to believe!
Cindy and George Anthony should make sure their daughter will be fully and competently represented.

I’d like to know what happened to the photo of Zenaida that Jose said he’d tracked down. Strangely quiet on that one it seems. He was so vocal about it two weeks ago, that is was on the way back to florida…. and now he’s silent lol. I hope Casey sent him on a wild goose chase. he deserves it
If he were any lawyer at all, he would definately be out there listening and absolutely not talking. There are alot of things that were said and you just got to wonder.
