Denis Leary/Why We All Suck?!

Denis Leary, the Boston Red Sox fan, actor, comedienne, and author, penned a recent book that is sure to top the best seller list. Not because his writing belongs in the Literary Hall of Fame or because the story is intense or the characters are compelling; it will be  because of the controversy he will create!

Denis Leary has always caused a stir. Whether it was during his stand up acts, or talk show rants Mr. Leary has a way with words and often has lost friends,and er shall I say picked up a few! With this latest book Mr. Leary has brushed up against some touchy subjects. Kids. Actor’s children for that matter.  In this read Mr. Leary has some celebs. speaking up and sounding off!

His book has mentioned, in so many words that the children of stars are nothing more than spoiled rotten! Ouch! And that’s okay to say as we all somewhat spoil our kids too and you don’t have to be a celebrity either. So true enough! But Leary goes on to say that stars have a penchon for fibbing a bit while looking for an excuse for their vile children, even saying that a medical diagnosis was just what they are looking for! Huh? Yes, he says stars even say their children may even have autism!!! And use this diagnosis for a low-level medical excuse for bad or indifferent behavior!

You know it is catching and and several are sounding off!  While Denis Leary has issued an apology; he has stated that this apology is an apology for the way it has been interpreted. He says that the apology is not for what he has written! He does preface the book by saying that it is a comedy; we will see who is laughing in the end.

Will see what type of stir this causes but to reach out and say that autism is not real; I have to say that Denis Leary this is why you suck!

Cindy Anthony Withheld Evidence?!

Oh no she didn’t!  Oh local channel 9 out of Orlando broke a story today that alleges that Cindy Anthony did not give Caylee Anthonys’ hairbrush to authorities as requested. What she did turn over was Casey Anthony’s hair brush. It is a possible obstruction of Justice. In a federal case no warrant is needed.

This story is based on an e-mail provided by the familys’ spokesperson, Larry Garrison, whom said in an e-mail that he had written to Cindy Anthony stating something to the effect of… Cindy did you give investigators Caylees’ hair brush? Cindy Anthony responded by saying  something to the effect of…. I didn’t lie, I just never went to my bathroom to get the brush that I used only on Caylee. 

The fact is that channel nine says that the Anthonys’ have been stalling for weeks to answer questions that the investigators have been asking.

Cindy Anthony is a Nurse, she is well aware of what types of tests are out there and has knowledge of the human body and even decomposition. George Anthony is an ex-cop and also is well aware of the types of testing that is done in cases of this nature. And we all know from the very first day when the case broke that Cindy called 911 and even stated that something died in the damn car!  George is shown in taped conversation with the police that he was aware something had died in that trunk! He hoped to God that it was not his granddaughter.  He said once he smelled that smell it is a distinct smell and you would never forget it!

It appears that perhaps Caseys’ mom tried hard to help  by washing the clothes that smelled right away, and not being truthful now, and losing an attorney because the Anthonys’ and he cannot agree on things, and this with the hair brush. The supposed spokesperson Larry Garrison is now also estranged from them as he became aware of this hair brush matter, and was not pleased.

These documents are coming out by way of the way our government is set up. These will be made public now or later. The prosecutors and FBI have not appeared on talk shows or none have made any public appearances nor made any comments at all. It is strange that the defense does not want the gag order on the case. It seems that it would only behoove Baez defense team.

Cindy and George held press conference stating that they will continue to look into sightings. A tipster she said saw a girl on an airplane and was kicking the seat in front of her and said I want my mamma, you’re not my momma. They are trying to find the little girl that was sighted. They claim that no one is helping them as there is no follow up after a sighting has been made especially if it is out of state. Cindy said that she will try to find her if it is the last thing she does.

If I were the Anthonys’ I’d pay my daughter a visit in jail and get the real story! I’d let my daughter know that I will be singing to the authorities every lie she’s ever told.

Obama Responds/Economic Team

President elect Obama says we can’t wait another minute! In response to George Bush and bail-out of CitiCorp, president elect Obama holds press conference in Hilton Hotels, 720 S. Michigan Ave., Chicago today.

In what amounts to a calculated and reassuring press conference, Obama introduces us to his economic team. He wants the team to already be working on a plan and likely wants something on his desk Jan. 20, 2009. The economic team appears to be quite diverse; men as well as women. It appears that they hail from a deep back ground of experience.

To summarize President elect Obama wants to create 2.5 million jobs and restore our confidence. Congress needs to make a big stimulus in order to jolt the economy. He thinks that we need to put people back into work. This is critical! The new congress needs to be aggressive and “hit the ground running”! He is hopeful for the future. He thinks that it may get worse before it gets better.

President elect Obama stated again that the auto industry is the backbone of America and we cannot allow this industry to vanish. We will bail them out,but they will not have a blank check, and the government will have a part ownership in the companies. He is also seeking clean energy, health care, and education. He wants to rebuild roads, and bridges. He believes that America is strong and resilient, and wants to rebuild; saying that it is the spirit of our nation!

With reassuring words and with  95%  of America receiving a net tax cut, that may be stimulus enough to get the middle class up and running again.

It will take time to turn around the previous administration’s mess. But taking into effect that this could be an investment in ourselves. Perhaps it will happen noticeably quicker.

But will Washington be able to work together and build a sustainable and responsible future for us all?

19 Year Old Boy Commits Suicide on Internet!

I had not heard of the story until I read the post of fellow wordpress blogger. I am compelled to write something on this subject!  I will not mention the names of the boy, or the Internet web host site. I feel that by doing that or providing the link is only propagating the incident and even affecting the family in some way further.

Feeling, however, a great deal of sadness and in thinking of my own son, daughter, nieces and nephews, who are teenagers, it’s just horrible that this has happened.

The simple story goes like this: the boy wanted to commit suicide, is always in attendance on two particular sites that host live feed Internet, has been known as a joker, or often bully’s others, got on to his Internet feed on this site and stated point-blank that he was going to commit suicide on the air!

Apparently this young boy ingested a large amount of pills before getting on the Internet. Then he proceeded to stay on the Internet as he laid dying. While some did egg him on and urge him to do it; those who did thought that he was just pulling off another type of joke and did not believe him! Finally after a while with nothing much happening, one user began to think this was real and tried in vain to contact authorities. What was then witnessed is the police actually arriving on the scene and coming to computer and covering the camera. And finally disabling the computer!

The police arrived too late and the boys’ plan did go through!  It is so unfortunate that this has happened. My personal thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

The Internet has provided us with so many great things. The Internet is a place of connection, we can blog and we can explore our world. I am sure that no one would ever have thought that our computers, the Internet, and/or web sites could be used in this manner. I am sure that no one could have predicted that this would happen. Nor do I know how it could have been thwarted.

No matter what age our children are, parents need to stay vigilant with their kids. Even if children are no longer living under our roofs. Let’s make sure our kids know that we care about them. Let them know that they can talk to us at any time about any thing!  I know today when my older son comes home, he’ll get ready for work and be on his way to his job and will only be home a short time before he’s gone again; I need to give him a hug.

I want him to know I care about him and everything he is doing! And with tears in my eyes I await his arrival.

Updates On Casey Anthony/Drew Peterson Cases!

Well ,I  have parelled the traits and characteristics of Casey Anthony and Drew Peterson before. On several occasions  their personalities have been  very similar. They both want to be the center of attention at all times. Each of them continue to go from conquest to conquest. Each of them quite big liars. In fact the both of them have exhibited sociopathic behaviors. And both have shown that they have been sarcastic in the media. Both have been bothered daily by the media and the public in front of their houses. The use of cell phone pings place them in certain areas near water of course! And they both contend that everyone around them are liars, and people make up stories. Both of them are more alike than they are different.

Well today movement happenes in both of their cases.  Ladies first….er ugh pole dancer please go first, anyway  Cindy and George Anthony attorney has walked off the case. He is frustated with them!

The family has called off the press conference that they were going to have. Investigators and the FBI have said officially that Caylee is dead and will not be going to followup on any other sightings. And finally Lee (the brother) is laying low, can you blame him? I personally think he has told his parents to get real, I think he is believing that Casey has done this.

On to Drew Peterson. Wow!  All gun charges have been dismissed!  The Will County judge today, felt that perhaps this charge was brought to harass the defendant Drew Peterson!! The judge asked the prosectuion to turn over all of the “work” that the prosecution has, which is normally privialleged information and usually not ever surrendered. So the prosecution said no and the judge threw out the case! Oh well, I was wrong as I thought this would stick! But as early as tomarrow we will expect to hear that Drew Peterson will be brought on charges of murder 1! 

Well let’s hope that these cases will have the similar outcome! Guilty as charged!

Hey Drew Have You Heard?!

State of IL lawmakers have passed a bill on Wednesday, 11/19/08. One very important bill that could help all domestic violence cases and gang activity cases. 

Will this play a role in the case involving Drew Peterson in his missing wife Stacy Peterson’s case?

(D-Joliet) Senator AJ Wihelmi sponsored and supported by Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow. House members approved this measure 109-0. It had earlier passed unanimously in the Senate on 11/12/08.

It will allow judges to admit hearsay evidencee in 1st degree murder trials if a prosecution can prove that a witness was murdered to prevent his/her  testimony.

After Stacy Peterson went missing at least one person has come forward and have told police that Stacy feared her husband Drew Peterson and how he killed his third wife Kathleen Savio. Mr. Glasgow has never elaborated on how this will or will not factor into his case against Drew Peterson, and although he came out officially and said he be resolving at least one of the cases. At this point Drew Peterson is listed as the lone suspect in Stacy’s disappearance. And there has been no movement as of yet on either of the cases of late.

Let us all hope that with this new law, Team Glasgow will snare Drew Peterson in a web of lies and the web of hearsay. She said and no matter where she is we can hear her!

Cindy and George Anthony Press Conference Coming!

Nancy Grace and CNN taking a trip through the Anthony household. Showing Caylee’s room and the inside of their home.  Cindy and George Anthony are showing us their very, very normal life. (without the daily answering to sightings and dealing with the media and people outside their home) The pictures and the furnishings appear untouched and waiting an arrival of their little grandchild.

In showing their very normal life Cindy tells us how the very cold and callous Casey had to hug tightly a stuffed animal bear to go to sleep. Casey had a tough time sleeping in a room that was filled with pictures of Caylee. Cindy also told us that she would lay down with Casey to help her get to sleep. This could be an effort to let us know that somehow her daughter Casey is not the mean mommie dearest that we think she is. She wanted us to know, their daughter Casey had feelings. How ever strange we think they may be.

Word is that, the Anthony’s (Cindy and George), joined by their lawyer, and spokesperson from the organization Kid Finders will hold a press conference. They will explain why they have proof that their grandchild is still alive.  They are responding to a sighting in Gainsville  Florida.

We will wait to see what this press conference will say and what the outcome of this sighting will be.

The officials, investigators, and the FBI have the belief that Caylee is dead and will not be traveling the world over now responding to the alleged sightings. Mr. Tim Miller and Team Equusearch will be going back out to check areas that they have already checked. Although the group will be acting on a smaller level they will cover the areas again in depth. Use of psychics will be out there as well.

Cindy and George are claiming they are not in denial, that they are just hopeful. And have hope that their little grand daughter will soon be home. She mentioned that she will be going Christmas shopping for Caylee soon.

Such a sad and awful thing that this has become. I feel extreme saddness for all involved, and again I hope that there will be a resolution soon. I truly think that the Anthonys are slowly accepting things as time goes on and I personally feel they are searching for answers even if they are not what they want to hear now.

Drew Peterson Seeking Divorce?

The sad case of missing Stacy Peterson rears its head again. This time it seems it is because Mr. Drew Peterson went to visit prominent Chicago lawyer Jeffery Leving.  Mr. Leving is a lawyer whom fought for the rights for fathers. He is instrumental in aiding fathers whose visitation rights have been violated by the biological mother of Illinois children. A very amicable thing to do. Good for him.

It has been widely reported that Drew Peterson is/or has sought the advice of Mr. Leving in regard to a possible divorce. It also has been reported that he wants to dissolve any of the marital assets, and get rid of his house in Bolingbrook, IL. He feels it is not a healthy situation for his children. Which I believe. All of this is not a healthy situation for any of his children. By the way it isn’t healthy for his oldest son either, who is grown and out on his own. However, the whole situation is not good. Stacy Peterson has gone missing for one year on the date of Oct. 28, 2008.

Mr. Leving has confirmed in the Chicago Tribune newspaper this morning that he did have a consultation with Drew Peterson. Drew Peterson continues to be a suspect in the disappearance of Stacy Peterson. He continues to profess that Stacy has run off with another man and that he is mad about it.  He is also a person of interest in the death of then third wife Kathleen Savio. Her case has been ruled a homicide rather than accidental as was the case before. DA James Glascow has announced that one of the cases will be solved soon. We are all waiting to see what the outcome of this will be.

In Illinois any type of willful desertion or abandonment is grounds for a divorce after the elapsed time of one year has passed. It is unfortunate that Drew is able to secure a possible lawyer to defend him in this possible situation, and Stacy cannot. One can safely say, that even, in the remote of circumstances, if Stacy took off with another man we now could  say she has met with foul-play. Of course with the label of potential homicide being placed on Stacy’s case and  and the investigation of the 2004 death of Kathleen Savio, and possible inclusion of hearsay evidence to be admitted into the court of law in Illinois could lead us all to the conclusion that it all points to one person and that the divorce should not be granted.

Casey Text Messages Blew It For Her!

Casey, Casey it is all coming together now. Oops you text so much, you screwed yourself!  Ha-Ha. You are caught telling people that your so called “mommie duties” were getting in the way of all your parties and your boy toys. Is this your motive?

Honey it looks like you did it!  You did it so good that you just may be forced to tell on yourself now. You went ahead and filed against Zenaida a defamation suit, and now you have to answer for it. You will have to give a deposition soon. The authorities have your time-line in place now. So you cannot lie. If you do I guess more time will be added.

Oh the tangled web Casey did weave!  It is so intricate she may get stuck trying to get out of it.  Poor Casey. Woe is you!!!

The latest hires for defense, Dr Lee (from OJ fame), I don’t place any credence in his words, he is working for the defense. And of course this means that he is being paid by the defense so his words are all biased. He is going to try to create the possibility of doubt.

Update on Padilla and his lie detector test. He claims he is not worried about the test. He claims that he thinks the cops want to test him because of the beads that were originally found by his people. He claimed that those beads matched identically with beads that were in Casey’s parents home where she was residing.

I sometimes hope that when I write a post, I am secretly hoping that the subject will actually read this blog. (Which now I know she is safely sequestered away), perhaps the other principal players in this deal will read this blog and all posts contained. Maybe guilt of some kind will set in and since she knows she’s looking at murder, perhaps she will spill her guts all over the place. Wishful thinking, right?
