Confusing Casey Anthony Case

The Casey Anthony case is getting more and more unusual as the date looms for trial to begin.(Which we all know is delayed)  First and foremost we all are aware that the defense in this case is going to do everything in its power to create doubt in the minds of potential jurors in the Florida area. This case has basically been tried in the public by way of media and the opinions of those representing the media.

Right or wrong the general public should hear any of the potential news that is generated. In this case: because of the high-profile  nature of it and because it involves a little child; the public, the neighbors in the area, and many of us far away in other states have “adopted” little Caylee. She has been part of the lives of the general news watcher for just under seven months. Some people don’t make commitment to a job or relationship for that long! (which of course  would make you a loser with a capital “L”!) This story became one that perhaps in a book somewhere, the main character would make it in the end. Which in the case of Caylee, she would’ve been fine and come home in the end.  But we all know that this story did not have that happy fairy tale ending. In fact this story has had more twists and turns than any mystery novel available. And now this case grows even more confusing each day.

The Private eye who was once working with the defense team as an investigator (who is not now employed by the defense) he is in fact employed by Cindy and George Anthony, allegedly took approximately one minute or so of video tape, he claims at the scene of where the body was found. Where he says no body was there. Huh? Before anyone knew it was a crime scene? Baez is trying to get an order of  attorney client privilege, or to say that this is lawyers “work”, which means this is like lawyers notes, these never come before the court. Why would he do that? Is he afraid of what he will say? Or did Baez know something before we all knew it?  Why did the video not get turned over to the police?

As for Casey’s brother Lee, he has retained a lawyer now. For what purpose? Did he do something or know something? Did he help Casey at anytime? This cannot be over the fact that he did not want to have a polygraph test!

Only time will tell all. We can only hope and pray that the evidence that the Orange County Sheriff,  the Police, and finally the FBI have obtained will put Casey Anthony smack-dab in the middle of everything as all of the circumstantial evidence points now.

For any of the potential jurors out there, proceed with an open mind, try to listen to the evidence, and try to make up your own mind. The day will come when the deliberations will take place; that is one jury I would not like to sit on!

Caylee Anthony Case Quiet

Until the next proceedings or until the next news leak of some kind; it is a low time in regard to the Caylee Anthony case. The Christmas holiday has just past, and if you will remember Cindy Anthony was heading out to purchase gifts for the beloved Caylee. Holidays are a time for happiness and family gatherings and most of all (in my mind anyway)hope. Hope for the future to be brighter, and full of prosperity. As all of  the United States  citizens will accept Barack Obama into his presidental bid; we beg for hope. We gasp for change. And we stand in awe of anyone who can provide us with these things.

The Anthony family has faced and will continue to face adversity. Other families have done this; but perhaps not in such a public way. Signs of hope were Cindy and George attending services together. The release of Caylee’s remains to be memorialized privately by a family in grief. Their loss is heavy. The loss of their granddaughter, and simply the loss of a daughter. The Anthony’s need to take a great deal of time with the process of this grief in order to be strong enough to face the trial of their daughter. I will hope that they will be able to deal with the load they will bear.

In other news, or perhaps fodder for rumor other bloggers have posts stating that nine out of ten people in a conducted TV survey knew Casey Anthony’s name than did that of Joe Biden vice president elect! Also from news web-sites approximately nine out of ten people also thought that Casey Anthony was guilty! Go figure!

This is all before this girl goes on trial!  I believe she has certain rights under our constitution, but even I think that her story is unbelievable and most likely she is guilty of the crime of killing her child. I think that the news has done a fine job reporting the case, and as we get closer to the trial date, the news shows will start again. Why this case? I think because it tugs at all of our heartstrings. It provides us with the helpless feelings where we want to hug our own children closer and we all realize how precious life really is! I know the Casey/ Caylee Anthony case has made me reflect and be thankful that I am who I am. I am also thankful that I  had parents and a support family around me all the years that I raised my little ones. For the brief moments when parents lose their tempers, when really a great big hug will do. After all our children are just us as little people!

Santa The Killer!?

In Covina California,right out of a scary movie, comes Santa arriving at a home full of children and packing presents. A little girl surprised with glee opens the door to let the much beloved Santa through the door.  When the gifts he was bearing nearly killed her and killed her entire family and friends!  Unfortunately Santa was packing guns and not dolls and candy! Santa, a.k.a.  Bruce Pardo appeared to have been motivated by  a purely domestic violence situation; bitter divorce.  He apparently arrived at the home of his ex-in laws and carried two guns and a canister full of flammable liquid that amounted to a homemade flame-thrower!

After Pardo shot everyone he could see in the house (some were jumping out of the windows) he then set fire to the house! He has killed nine people! The little girl who answered the door to Santa did survive; Santa shot her immediately in the face!  She is in life-threatening situation and faces a lifetime of pain ! Santa Pardo then went over to his brothers home where he committed suicide like a coward!

A pipe bomb is then to have said to have blown up in the rental vehicle that he arrived in. The people who have perished in this awful massacre will be positively identified by their dental records. It is believed that among the dead will be his ex-wife and her parents.

 I am enjoying; being  full of love for my family and enjoying the sheer bliss of being surrounded by people who I love and care about, and who love me and care about me. And then turning on the TV only to hear the sad story of another domestic violence situation on Christmas Day. I am feeling so sorry for the loss of that family and the simple innocence of the child so very excited to see Santa when her world came to a screeching halt! And only moments before enjoying her bliss with her cousins, friends, and neighbors in celebration of the holiday, most likely she and others are about to receive a present that she tried to be a good little girl all year to receive. And on a day that a lot of people feel is utmost religious and  in celebration of the birth of Christ,  the very devil himself arrived!  Satan in a Santa suit!  God that sucks!

Caylee Remains Released to Next of Kin!

Just today, Caylee Anthony’s remains were released to her family and the defense will now do a second autopsy. No current funeral plans are being announced as of yet. Just that the funeral with the family will be private, and the family will hold a public memorial at a later time. Casey is still  banned from attendance at Caylee’s services whenever they will happen. She has not contested this at all.

Earlier today the court ordered the x-rays and photo evidence from the original autopsy to the Baez defense team within the next fourteen days. The scene was opened and a courtesy phone call was made to Baez, but they did not head out to the scene as of yet. The impending proceedings in March most likely will not happen; it may be too soon. It is likely that this case will take a long time to start and the trial will take forever.

Investigators went back again to the Anthony home and striped the bedroom that Caylee once lived in, and also took things from Casey’s closet. Such as clothing, shoes, bedding, and two pair of sunglasses. The investigators also took samples of the soil at the Anthony home.  As soon as that happened the Baez team sent its people out to take their own soil sample. Let’s hope that evidence that has been collected will put Casey at the scene of the crime, or on Caylees person. That connection I feel must be made. It will be harder to cast any doubt in the eyes of that jury, if the physical evidence can prove she was there. At this time Baez has not filed for a change of venue yet. I am sure he will do that at any time now.

On a different note, it was quite sad that Jesse Grund came to tears on the Nancy Grace Show. He said he feels deeply the loss of Caylee and the sadness he feels. He also said that the Casey that he used to know is not the one who is sitting in jail. He said he thought he knew about the lies that she would tell, but did not think that she was capable of  such an horrendous crime as this. He told of the time that Casey did not make it to the mall to take Caylee for pictures with Santa, so he went and got the Santa suit and played Santa for Caylee. He explained that he misses her.

Let’s hope that the second autopsy will be over quickly so that Caylee can be given her day of dignity and grace.

Funeral Plans for Caylee Anthony

A make-shift memorial for Caylee had been set up outside the Anthony home as well as by the wooded lot that Caylee’s skeletal remains were found. Ever growing are the many well wishers as are all the gifts that are being brought to the memorials. Cindy and George Anthony thought a nice gesture to them deserved  an even nicer gesture back, so the Anthony’s have taken all stuffed animals and dolls to  the Orlando Union Mission, where some 90  homeless children will receive a gift for Christmas. The homeless children range in age from the youngest at about 18 months to age 10 or so.  I thought that this was a nice thing to do. What would become of all the things left there anyway?  They will become weathered and unusable if left on the street. Perhaps this will become the Anthony’s new mission: helping the homeless children. I know that I would feel some burden if I missed the mark so much with my own daughter that the end result was this!  My grief would be overwhelming and I would have to devote my life to something just so I could live with myself!

I know that’s alot to say, because some who have left the stuffed animals have mixed feelings on the Anthony’s giving them away.  I think the person would feel bad seeing their token of love become dirty and torn in shards. Just think of the stuffed animal bringing a smile to those who felt “Santa” would not come for them especially since the economy is hard this year.

It has been reported that Casey Anthony will be banned from any funeral proceedings that will take place. Unless ordered by a judge, an Orange County  Corrections spokesperson commented that he could not imagine where someone accused of murder has gone  out in the past to see the body of the victim.

According to Brad Conway, the lawyer for Cindy and George Anthony, When the Orange County Medical Examiner releases the body, an autopsy will then be done by the defense team. Then and only then will Cindy and George Anthony proceed with any funeral arrangements or way to memorialize Caylee. Mr. Conway stated that a trust fund will be set up for Caylee’s funeral plans. With the average funeral cost being $6000.00, (and that is the bear minimum- fancy headstone aside) the Anthony’s may not have it, to pay it. And any death benefits(if there are any)will be hard to collect because the individuals death is result of crime and murder. And no benefits can be collected until death certificates can be issued. Whatever the plans may be. Whatever the way funds will be collected. Poor Caylee deserves a day of dignity. I hope that she will be able to get it and soon! With the reported knowledge that Cindy and George Anthony have been to church services recently is a good sign!

Time To Give Caylee Respect

The enviable has happened, the little girl lost for six months has now been added to the sad statistic list of murdered children. It is awful that anyone should pass on at the hands of any angryy individual. But even more horrific is this when they child has been lost by the hand of the one the child trusted; its own mother! Sadly, Caylee is not the only one this has happened to. Many children die each year by the hand of their parent, and some of those children may even face years of torture by that same person.  Sometimes it’s all too much to handle!

At this point in time, it is time to revere the little short life of Caylee Anthony. According to Cindy and George Anthony’s lawyer, Brad Conway, the Anthony’s can now rest knowing that Caylee is safe now. And they choose to believe that Caylee  is like an angel that protects missing children and their families. Perhaps in order to heal and get on with life as well as you can, Cindy and George can try to put their energies into helping others.

The Anthony’s have not made any plans as of yet for little Caylee because they are afraid that it would turn into a media circus. And they are probably right! The good intentions of others, and well-meaning individuals could create havoc and even impede the event. I think that the Anthony’s are very entitled to grieve in private and bury one of their own in utmost privacy and grace. What is more, little Caylee deserves just that. At least one quiet day filled only with the dignity that God could provide.  Perhaps somewhat later the Anthony’s could plan a public-type of memorial for all those that wish to pay their respects.

Caylee has been adopted into the hearts of strangers by way of TV, news, documentary shows, and now it is time for the media to step aside and let the little one and her family have time by themselves. And then come Jan. 5, 2009 (or later as the trial is delayed even at this point) put out all the media blitz as we all will watch the trial of the century, as Casey Anthony is put in the court room!

She will be fair game, and she will learn what it means to be put to torture as the TV cameras are shoved in her face as we all will listen to the details of what an awful cold-hearted soul she is/and was!   And perhaps through it all Casey will think of the beautiful little child Caylee was/is.

I guess that is all we can ask for. It would be great if she threw herself to floor and asked her parents and her maker to forgive her! Oh wait that will only be in the movie that will premiere on Lifetime, right?

Drama With Drew Peterson

As usual drama surrounds Drew Peterson as always.  Drew Peterson insists that he is engaged to Christina Raines, (23) of Chicago. Now comes her family who say that he is a dreamer and is not engaged to her. She currently has a boyfriend with whom she is living with.  Peterson says that she has long broken her relationship with the other guy, they are residing together because of their lease on their residence. Peterson claims that they are engaged and the the rest of the world is trying to break us up and keep us apart! 

Drew Peterson claims he is having a nice relationship with her and that they both have kids and they play together. Ms Raines has two children.   Mr. Ernie Raines, Christina’s father is furious! He feels that she had turned Drew away, and rebuked  his advances and he is trying to ruin her good name, and drag any ounce of integritiy that she may have threw the mud!

The Raines family members are acquaintances of Drew Peterson. Mr. Peterson frequents a restaurant that both Christina and her boyfriend Mike  work at. Ms. Raines boyfriend has been in Peterson’s company; they have been hanging out together. Mr. Ernie Raines said he has warned his daughter to stay away from the likes of Peterson. He feels his daughter is naive and considers her venerable. He thinks that Drew Peterson is telling his daughter all kinds of stories just to win her over. Cousins of Christina Raines say that they feel that their cousin may be saying one thing to them and telling Drew Peterson something else.

None the less, isn’t this what abusers do?  Tell stories, and lie so they can get what they want? And then take over full control of a person?  No matter what, Mr. Peterson is far too old for a young girl who would be better off with a man near her own age.

It appears to me that Drew Peterson’s history precedes him and doesn’t history repeat itself? In his case it does! If I were her and her family, I’d make sure you all run the other direction. Ms. Raines does not need to be another sad statistic!

Caylee Anthony DNA Confirmed!

The heavily wooded lot that was only approximately fifteen houses away from Cindy and George Anthony’s home, has yielded more than just weeds and marshy-land, first the skull and then the trail of bones scattered about.

Today Dr. Jan Garavaglia has confirmed that there is a genetic match to the DNA for that of missing Caylee Anthony!

Sad, and very bittersweet. All the hard work of police and FBI has paid off. Their work offered more than just clues and evidence; their hard work will offer Cindy and George Anthony some dignity to little Caylee. It will help to know in their hearts that every effort was made to gather everything that they could to bury the baby in the most complete way.

The Orange County worker that discovered the “bag” in which the little girl’s skull was found is said to have made other attempts to report suspicious bag out there. He was at the press conference today and his identity is revealed as Roy Kronk. No matter happens as the story ensues; we are all happy that he did go back into the brush to relieve himself, and therefore stumbling upon poor baby Caylee.

Jose Baez has been notified of the confirmation that the bones were that of Caylee, he would not comment on how Casey Anthony has taken the news. And for that matter do we care?

Drew Peterson/Victim #5?!

Step right up, get in the “I want to marry Drew Peterson line”?! It appears that Drew Peterson is engaged again! What? And of course he’s  still married!  He did not want this out in the public media. Why? Because we all know that this is not a good thing for this young lady!

The s*&#t finally hit the fan approximately one month ago when Mr. Ernie Raines approached Drew Peterson to let him know that he is going to everything he can to stop his daughter from dating and/or marrying Drew Peterson. His daughter, Christina Raines (23) says that she and Drew are just friends and that she has a friendship ring  from someone else. I am glad her father is outraged. We all are!  This young and highly gullible girl is being told she will be treated nice, given gifts, and trips and money. Drew also thinks that he is a star. He believes he is a celebrity! Drew Peterson is 54 years old, Christina Raines is 23 years old (that would put her at the same age as Stacy Peterson) and Ernie Raines is 53 years old! Her father is younger than Drew by one year!

First of all, someone should tell Ms Raines that when people in general look for a marriage partner, one that has already been married four times, is most likely not a candidate for marriage. Now you throw in the little oddities that wife number three is dead and it has recently been ruled a homicide, and now wife number four is currently missing, and he is a suspect in one and a person of interest in the other; run the other way!  Run as fast as you can! And finally Ms Raines would also have an automatic family (she would have to take care of)by at least by two of the wives. This doesn’t sound good Ms Raines no matter what he has promised you.

This is just disgusting and I believe that it is either a publicity stunt or even some type of legal maneuver, to finalize this divorce from fourth wife Stacy. Drew Peterson stated that the media ruined his just recent past love, and he wasn’t going to have this one ruined by giving her name out! In four short months Drew has managed to promise the young girl the moon and she actually believes that she will get it. Unfortunately this could be something that could ruin her life forever.

Fortunately this girl has Ernie Raines, her dad, because he told Drew Peterson to his face that if he didn’t answer his cell phone he was going to drive his car threw his house!  You go Mr. Raines! Do what you have to do to keep your daughter safe, I would!

Drew Peterson/Robbbing The Cradle Again!

In a little of about two months ago or so Mr. Drew Peterson had consulted with prominent area divorce lawyer Jeffry Leving. Mr. Leving has done incredible work for father’s rights where visitation rights would be violated by an ex-wife. Congratulations! When Mr. Drew Peterson consulted the lawyer it was to inquire as to a divorce from Stacey Peterson. As we all may know she is very missing! Mr. Peterson would like us all to think that she went missing by way of running off to live infree love with a new lover! But we all know the truth. The simple truth is that she may have met her demise by way of Mr. Peterson’s hand.

Currently Drew has not been charged with a crime but remains a suspect in her disappearance. His second wife Kathleen Savio has been exhumed and now her death is in question. Again Drew appears to be in the middle of the suspicion. It seems that ex-cop Drew Peterson perhaps has used his knowledge of police work and or police friends in aiding and abetting him.

Mr. Peterson has a new girlfriend, she is a twenty three year old woman! He is fifty-four years old! I have to ask my self, doesn’t she read the papers? Hasn’t she turned on the TV? Why in the world would she want to subject herself to the scrutiny that he soon will face, the potential abuse he is very known to espouse? Why oh why would you put yourself in harms way?  Because just like Stacy she is young and doesn’t know better! She may be infatuated. But seriously folks, sex would be better with a twenty three year old!  Oh and by the way Ms newly engaged I must say to you- watch your back and don’t piss him off or else!  You just don’t know what might happen!  I was wondering if she knew how to hold a firearm?  I wonder if someone could give her a copy of Sleeping With The Enemy! Or just find the girls’ mother and ask her why the hell is she letting her kid go out with Drew!  And then spank her mother!

Drew would like to receive a divorce from Stacy on the grounds that she has abandoned him. Really, Mr. Peterson you told a prominent person on TV one day that you and Stacy were still intimate just before she disappeared, if this was the case, why aren’t you still looking for her? Why aren’t you panicked that you can’t find her? In fact isn’t you Mr. Peterson who has done the abandoning?

Gee you and Casey Anthony would go good together! Maybe it is her that you should marry! After all, the two of them enjoy doing new conquests, they could do them together -oh wait one is in jail and other will go in soon, yeah on 2nd thought that might not work out!

P.S. Someone should tell this girl it may take a long time before he is divorced!
