Ms Raines says Good-bye to Drew Peterson!

Christina did the right thing! She packed it in! She took her belongings and left! The morning after Ms Raines saw the interview with Nightlines’ Martin Bashir where a smug Drew Peterson said he liked to be flattered as all the other women approached him for pictures and autographs! Mr. Raines is very happy as he feels that his daughter is finally safe! All the women in the world are happy that she has come to this decision! However, she still might not be safe from a man like Peterson who has now been scorned!  And scorned in public yet!

Drew Peterson seemed almost flippent in his recent Nightline interview, and I am glad that the girl has seen the error of her ways.  In one writers’ opinion, she’s so young with so much more life to live than to waste it all away with a 55 year old man, with very mysterious pasts.

He discussed the relationships that he had and the extra marital affairs as well, with Mr. Bashir and many pictures of him have surfaced on the internet. Ms Raines returned the engagement ring and was escorted off of his property with her father and the Bolingbrook Police as well as a CBS camera man.

Drew Peterson is quoted as saying “Isn’t it hilarious that the citizens of this country are more interested in my love life than the impeachment of the governor?” I think you have that wrong, at this point I don’t think that Blagojevich ever killed anyone!

Movements in Casey Anthony Case!

On Thursday the judge ordered that Casey Anthony must appear in all the court proceedings that have to do with her case! So Friday morning she must be sitting in court for the 8:30 am call. The judge told the courtroom that “force” will be used on her if that is necessary! She will be whisked away, by herself by way of blacked out windowed Suburban SUV.

Highlight of the case include:

Baez has filed a complaint to have prosecutors removed from the case! (which is extremely ridiculous)

Random people are depositing money in Casey Anthonys’ account so that she can buy things from the commissary.

The $5000.00 dollars was paid out to Roy Kronk by Mark Nejame (former family lawyer for George and Cindy Anthony) The other money that was put up for the safe return of Caylee went back to its donor and was never redeemed.

Other movements in court for Casey Anthony case were that Linda K. Baden was seated at the lawyers table, dressed in a gray suit  coat and navy blue pants Casey  was shackled at the feet and then again at the waist and she sat between Baden and Baez. She smiled at times with them. With her hair in a bun, looking matronly trying to get the… aw sympathy vote……trying hard to humanize the ice princess, which did not work on me!

Baez motions filed to inspect crime scene was okayed. Baez team to get the prosecution removed was denied as was the motion for fingerprints from Equusearch was denied.

No family members came to court for Casey. George did not get released for Halifax Hospital, and no one knows about Lee or Cindy. This feels like this could be a significant thing, perhaps the turning of the tide.

Drew Peterson In The Spotlight Again!

Exactly why was Drew Peterson on the TV show Nightline last night?  Who knows? It must be too quiet- no one is exactly talking about him this week!  The PR firm thought maybe it would be a good idea because Drew Peterson wants to get married again!  He was there to explain why he wants to get married again.

But before he talks about her he talks about the fact that no matter where he goes people know him. He was explaining that it was fun and very flattering when young women want to take a picture of him, and with him! He went on to say that sometimes they sit on his lap!  According to Drew Peterson many even ask for his autograph! Wow, he’s a star!

When Mr. Martin Bashir asked to the effect: Do you think these women and others are saying ” I want to take a picture with a murderer? His answer to Mr. Bashir was “yes, probably!”  What?!  So is this an admission?  Did anyone else think this?

Mr. Peterson continues to demand a spot in the limelight. He continues to thrive on being the center of attention; anyone’s attention! And what is the best attention that Mr. Peterson can get?  Young and gullible, and most likely drunk, women of course!

When asked what his plans are with Christina Raines who is 23 years old. He responded saying that he plans on marrying her in a couple of months. He said of her, that she is very much in love with him. And that she also said to him something to the effect of”you’re so nice to me and treat me so well, you can’t be what they say!”   Yikes!         He must be sure that a divorce will be final with Stacy Peterson. Through these last couple of months Ms Raines has not been interviewed in the media. She has not appeared on any show with Drew Peterson at all. Her family is still adamant that they do not want her to be involved with him and have stated so.

At this point all I can say is, I feel sorry for Stacy Peterson, and Kathleen Savio and any others that have had their lives touched by Drew Peterson!

I hope that for Christina Raines she isn’t hurt by him in any way, because it might be one day that he will be so flattered by someone else after all he’s admitted to that much!

No Jailhouse-Family Funeral for Caylee !

Orange County officials have said yesterday, that in no way will Casey Anthony ever be treated any differently than any other inmate there has been or ever will be.  Therefore, no jailhouse funeral or face-to-face meet with her family. Although the Orange County officials also stated that no one from the Casey Anthony family or the Baez camp had contacted anyone over this matter. They chalk this up to rumors.

In other news Jose Baez has filed more motions. This time it is for all of the fingerprint evidence that he can get his hands on. It was brought up that he may submit another motion to subpoena the records and fingerprint evidence to all the volunteers that were involved in the Equuisearch Team efforts. This is a terrible thing to do, if he does actually request this as a motion from the court. This would take an awful amount of man hours to obtain that amount of evidence. And Mr. Tim Miller also thinks that if this type of thing does happen he is afraid that the people will not come out to volunteer for them anymore. It would be a travesty!  Mr. Miller should charge Baez for the cost it will incur; if this does happen.

Other news, it appears that George Anthony is doing much better, but at this time was not yet released for the custody of the hospital after his attempt at suicide. You have really got to feel for these people. To feel so distraught, that you can see only one way out and that is to kill yourself!  I am  sad for these people and what in the upcoming months they will all be going through! 

And finally notes from all over the rumor mill……Lee is the next one charged, this has been rumored for some time now. We will wait and see what will happen with this. Second, supposedly Cindy Anthony was out shopping for jewelry to put on Caylee for a funeral, nothing else had ever been said on this, it was mentioned!……. The Caylee sunshine doll can still be bought on-line by that shciester! Please do not buy this doll, no missing child organization would support this man’s efforts to line his own pockets. He states that this is a tribute doll to her loss- this is such poor taste!……Casey Anthony alledgedly wiped herself and then stuffed the toilet in her cell with her bible!  Let’s just hope that, that is not true!  If this is, Casey has nothing else left….Sh*tting on the pages of the Lord is the last straw! And that would not be in my eyes, that would be in the eyes of her maker. What else can be said about that?

This is such a sad case and it continues to get even sadder as time goes on. And only time will tell when this poor, tiny angel baby will get but just one day of grace and dignity!

The Dolls in the White House

     The new and very limited edition of the “Sweet Sasha” and “Marvelous Malia”  dolls marketed by Ty the Beanie Baby maker  is at question today.

Fact that first lady is trying to protect her children, and not have them used as a marketing tool. Agreed yes. However, the bronze skinned dolls dressed in really cute up-to-date fashions are only 12″ high but could make a much larger impact on girls of color being recognized.  Having a doll of their own and having something to look up to. And if not only that they would have a new choice in dolls that a parent could feel good about buying and at an affordable rate, and finally a collectible doll; one that could possibly accrue in value, who doesn’t want that?

After all there are Obama paperweights, plates, flags, t-shirts, and on and on. Everyone is on the Obama bandwagon, and why not a company tribute to the new president and his family? Several large major brand names adopting the campaign symbol. This after all has sparked creativity that this country has not seen in a long time.

Ty spokesperson said in an interview, it is not the Obama girls. That the company based in OakBrook Illinois (Obama home state),stated that they just loved the names. Whatever their reason, it is a doll that does show girls in a good light.

And I think that the marketing tool should be to continue to show girls in a good light, whatever their skin color, or hair-do. With the Ty dolls being marketed in a very limited edition they will run out soon. And then this issue will be mute again.

Hopefully First Lady Obama will get passed this and recognize that copying something (as many have done her clothes), is a sincere form of flattery.

After all, when first I saw those two,  Sasha, and Malia the first thing that I said was: “Gosh those girls are such dolls!” And now we truly have dolls in the White House!

Blagojevich On Tour !

Disgraced Governor Blagojevich is currently “doing a tour” of shows for the expressed interest of swaying the general public on himself and his character and that of his job and finally recusing himself in the face of charges that he enacts “pay to play” schemes. He is accused of trying to sell the vacated  Senate seat of Barack Obama.

He has the right to not appear at the trial of his Senate Impeachment. He claims that it is not fair and that he cannot get a fair trial. His attorney’s did agree with them not showing up to the trial, and to boycott because the attorney’s could not mount a defense. Because they cannot know the identities of some of those who have appeared by way of voice on the tapes.  But only days ago lead attorney Edward  Genson resigned altogether as his attorney. Stating that the reason is that the beleaguered Governor would not listen to him.

Sam Adam, Jr. and his father Sam Adam, Sr. continue to back the Governor and will continue to represent him during the criminal trial when that takes place.

Most pundits believe that Blagojevich should make an appearance before the Senate to tout his case and state his opinions there instead of appearing on TV. But when he started to quote himself with the likes, of Martin Luther King, Jr.,Mandella, and Ghandi, I took a bit umbrage!  I think that is ridiculous!  And finally what is the most ridiculous thing of all, is this PR firm that is setting his plan of action, also represent the likes of Drew Peterson with whom we all know has a problem looking good in the public.

Gosh, I am so happy that I don’t work for a firm that wants me to improve the image of a man who is not worthy of it!

Travolta Family Being Extorted in Bahamas!

Police and investigators have confirmed that two men and a possible third have been questioned and taken into custody over a charge that they are trying to extort John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston! It was reported that a contact was made from the two in the Bahamas to John Travolta, where John contacted his lawyers and they flew over to the Bahamas that day.

John Travolta and lawyer team filed an official complaint against a Senator, and the ambulance driver that tried to revive Jett and took him to the hospital. It appears that this extortion attempt was over a photo that was taken as Jett lay dying! The two were asking for the sum of twenty million!

When the pair were questioned, they are now saying that it is not about a picture. They are contending that the extortion is over the circumstances of Jett’s death.

At this time, the Travolta family is trying to heal; Jett passed away on January 2, 2009 and now with this attempt to extort the family is just something out of a pure nightmare! This is not only a strange case, but is a criminal one. I hope that these two will get full extent of the law!

It seems like the Bahamas may have beautiful landscapes and beaches to die for, however, the people there appear to be under their own self-imposed law. Or is that fact that these people in general become greedy? I am not sure what motivated these two (and a possible third), but it is sincerely awful!

Lets pray that the Travolta/Preston family will continue to heal and have peace. Their son Jett was much beloved and their hearts will always be heavy.

2nd George Anthony Update!

More reports coming out on George Anthony. He was considered stable and was taken to a hospital named Halifax; in which the hospital/state can hold him for 72 hours.

Police tracked him by way of cell pings, and cops on the street that found his car. As a comment by (adamsmommy-wordpress blogger), stated thank goodness someone did not wait a month until reporting him missing. Police said he was very cooperative though was despondent. He had a half written suicide note.

He continues to be considered a witness in the Caylee Anthony case. As he was a cop himself could prove to be the greatest witness/or the worse which ever way you look at your glass; half empty or half full! He smelled death before and smelled that smell of death in his daughters’ car. He is on tape telling the police in Orange County that once you smell that you will never forget that!

Update on George Anthony!

Breaking news update on George Anthony.

He was reported missing and was found in a Daytona Beach Hotel room about one hour ago! His condition is not known. Florida has an act that the state can hold an individual in a facility if they appear to be a threat to themselves. How long the state can hold him is unclear as well.  A report is out that states Jose Baez/ or person from his legal staff told Casey Anthony what had transpired. No word as to her condition either. Nothing has been reported about who phoned in the missing person call or to Cindy Anthony’s condition!

It was reported that text messages were being recieved from George stating something to the effect ” that my granddaughter is dead, Casey is in jail and that George wanted to end it!”   Shame on you Casey Anthony!  Look at all your handy work!

No one wins here! This is very sad! Unless George would no longer be able to testify??! Then this would be criminal! We will see what else will transpire in this case, as soon as more reports come out!  Signing off. 12:04 PM est. time.

George Anthony Missing/Found/Suicide Attempt?

Breaking News!    Breaking News!   It’s 11:27 a.m. est. and the report came down that George Anthony was reported missing and was aparently suicidal!!  A report following that also said he has been found located in a local hotel room.  No other news has been made public at this time!

Will report on this as more news comes down!  The case of poor Caylee Anthony continues to get ever worse as time goes on!

This is a sad state of affairs!
