Cindy Anthony-She Dumped Oprah!

Cindy Anthony claims that in a text message she sent to WKMG reporter Jessica D’Onofrio, she claims that she is the one whom dumped Oprah Winfrey not the other way around. Cindy Anthony says to her something to this effect:  oh BTW (means by the way) I cancelled Oprah b/c (means because) of Integrity. hmmmmmmm……Really?

Oprah’s people say that based on the fact that Cindy and George Anthony made an appearance and participated in an in-depth interview on CBS’s Early Show, and other programs they decided not to move forward with the interview at this time. Oprah’s people were asked by D’Ononfrio if this was true and her staff told her that there would not be any further comments at this time.

Well whoever called it off- I don’t care. I am happy that Oprah’s stage will not be graced by the likes of these two. I would welcome their comments and an interview long after the case has been tried and the sentencing done. I think that at this time they have nothing to share or add. I think that this is about money, period! 

I know that this writer was out on e-mail, twitter, and Oprah’s direct web-site trying to get people to ask Oprah to dump the show. I think there was enough of a public outcry about this, and Oprah is just too good! Period.

Jose Baez Speaks and Speaks and Speaks…………………….

Some interested viewers are thinking that Jose Baez is speaking way too much! Some are critical of the lawyer whom is currently defending the notorious ice princess Casey Anthony, saying that he should be more tight-lipped with comments.

Jose Baez has been in the press before, and continues of late to be back in front of the press crying out about things like the death peanalty. Baez takes the stance that he personally thinks that the death penalty does not work. He thinks our system is too flawed and filled with imperfections. He continues to go on to say that he and his defense team, along with client pole-dancer Casey that they will not be intimidated. He feels that he has thus far put up the best defense that he can, and he also feels that he thinks he has persuaded enough great professional people behind him to mount a good case.

He further states that he believes that Casey is not guilty because she said so in court, and in her signed waiver! Wow, I’d say the system he believes in sounds a little flawed wouldn’t you say? If that were the case,Uh I think absolutely no one would be in jail at all!

I agree that not always is the death penalty warranted, but in this case, what can you say?

Baez states that this is certainly alot of pressure. There is a lot at stake; a persons life is at stake. Baez says that if he makes mistakes that could cost a client years of their freedom. He will continue to challenge the evidence and eliminate any mistakes. And he claims that all of recent scientific evidence that will be presented will be a considerable amount of “junk science”, because he says that the human decomposition evidence should never be admitted into evidence into a court of law. And that this evidence is not fully accepted and does not rise to the level of all other evidence!  I remember that it was not too long ago that DNA as well as fingerprints weren’t acceptable. I guess things could change with this case!

I guess we will see how much doubt can be cast in order to prove Casey Anthony’s innocence, Good Luck Baez team I hope you can do a flawless job with your persuaded cast of professionals and lawyers.

Jennifer Hudson Bringing It Home!

Although I wasn’t one of the lucky ones to attend her concert this past Saturday, I have heard that it was great!  Jennifer Hudson is on a tour of about nineteen cities with singer Robin Thicke. It is her first tour ever and still reeling from the awful murderous  incident that had taken her mother, brother, and nephew, her fans love her.

Her appearance on stage, and with  picking Chicago as the kick off leg of her tour is very special. Jennifer Hudson made great appearances of recent on the stages of several award shows, but Jennifer made it special by bringing herself  home to neighbors and friends and just fans who adore her. She has been on a stairway to fame ever since the American Idol show. The show where even the winners sometimes are never heard from again. But with Jennifer Hudson it is different. Hudson is warm and made lots of references to the fact that she is home in Chicago and her fans loved it! They ate it up.

Jennifer sang for a short fifty minutes; and the fans wanted more. The Oscar winner had sold out her show here in mere minutes, and we are hoping that the performer will come back to “Sweet Home Chicago” soon!

Ms Hudson was well-tuned, sassy, and showing everyone here and in the world, when you’re good you’re good and performers the likes of her come by only once in awhile. Thanks for stopping by Jennifer, we’re glad you came home. You let Chicago see their very own, fighting good and hard to get back after a devastatingly tragic event!  We here wish her well and await her next arrival.

Oprah Dumps the Anthony’s

I thought that it was very extraordinary that Oprah put the families of the Columbine High School shootings before her and that of her show. And the planned show was put on the back burner. The families were recognized by Oprah and her staff, and that was very nice.

On the the scheduled appearance of Cindy and George Anthony, I personally joined in on a blogging, e-mail, and twitter campaign to ask Oprah to reconsider, and not to proceed with the  Cindy and George Anthony interview in late May. I think that Oprah is a class act and I personally felt that at this time, it was not prudent to go on with this interview. It is not that I don’t want to hear what they may have to say, it’s just that perhaps this should be done after the trial is over.

I am sure that Oprah’s interview would not impede the criminal proceedings taking place in the court room. (the actual trial has not taken place yet; just pre-trial motions, etc.) But the possible tainting of the jury is a possibility. There can’t be too many people out there, that have not heard of Casey Anthony or of Caylee Anthony; so it does not matter where in Florida the actual trial takes place. But I do think that Oprah has an extremely huge fan/watch base; and that many televisions would be tuned in to listen to Cindy and George Anthony spew things about building a foundation in Caylee’s honor. Or on the thoughts that Casey is innocent. Or how about more thoughts on can anyone find the fictitious Zanaida Gonzalez?

I would never discount, however, Oprah’s ability to draw out good answers for great questions. I would never discount Oprah’s ability to “out” the liar in Cindy; and implore the humble in George. But it is a show and May is sweeps. So in honor of her, and her wonderful support staff, I request all of my readers watch intensely her shows in May. Let’s show Oprah that her good ratings come from classy shows and a host that is beyond reproach. Let Cindy and George go into to a realm where currently they belong; Springer! 

Now their(Cindy and George) outlook and interview could be very different after the entire trial is over, and the sentencing done. Perhaps Oprah can interview then. *Thank you Oprah for all of your integrity. Please give a call over to the CBS Early Show; because the Anthony’s are now booked there. Maybe you could clue them in!*

And a big P.S. to anyone else listening, Caylee was never a missing person. Caylee was a child that was murdered at the hands of what looks like her mother. Her own flesh and blood; perhaps Cindy and George could donate the boat to those that spent lots of man-hours, sweat, and tears actually  looking and believing that  someone “took” Caylee and continued to donate /devote their own time to it. And then they can open a center for those families who have had a loved one commit murder and change their lives forever. They could call it the Grief and Guilt Center. Unfortunately and with great sadnessCindy and George are not the only family that have been touched in this way! They really should extend an olive branch to others; it would be much more healthy for them.

George and Cindy Media Message

On Friday, George and Cindy Anthony stated in an e-mail message of a spokesperson, that the decision to seek the death penalty will not change the support and love that the Anthony’s have for Casey.

Lee Anthony, through his attorney, stated that he did not expect the State’s Attorney’s office to make this move given the evidence that has been made public. The attorney then described his client (Lee) is going through shock and horror that the State is prosecuting this case to that level.

I do not think that any family going through this should not love their family member. I do not think that the way you have looked at your child for all of their lives would change much. But to be the one who is the only suspect in the case of killing her child, and the fact that it looks was done not by accident and most likely premeditated and planned, I personally would feel some anguish. I could not put on blinders and just issue statements or walk out of depositions. I as a parent would so have disdain for that which my child will have done, I think that I would have a bearing of extreme guilt in the matter. A brother, who felt strong bonds to a sister so close in age, should in the very least shutter at the thought of the baby as Casey put her into bags. I think the family should gather together in prayer, I think the family should gather and find forgiveness as they step forward in a long and arduous trial that looms ahead.

I think that the family should close ranks and try to campaign to spare Casey’s life and have answers and  redeeming reasons. Every soul can be saved so they say. But the stance of hard-ball denial is not working for the Anthony family and denial is not a healthy thing.

The prosecution and sheriffs department and cooperation from the FBI, the departments have been meticulous in findings and apparently not leaving any unturned stones. Police have been able to track Casey’s sleeping and eating patterns. They are tracking her whereabouts. What was discovered is uncanny! On the average Casey texted some 12 messages per hour! Upon waking every morning she sent approx. 60 text messages! This goes on non-stop throughout the day. Between the dates of June 1 st-July 17th  Casey sent over 4,000 text messages!

Wow! Casey has lots to say and said it often!  So much so that it has helped in the investigation of exactly when Casey did everything that she did. Casey was up until 2-3 AM and then getting up for the next day at between the hours of 6-7 AM; everyday! A lot of texting and no sleep make for a nasty unproductive person in society. Add in a bit of bi-polar and you have got yourself one heck of a mess!

There is no perfect crime and most real criminals will get caught in the end. In this case, Cindy Casey’s mother is memorizing whole sections of the reports, so that Cindy will be “perfect” on the stand when it is her turn to get up there.

Hopefully, the prosecution will have an easy time, wrapping up a perfect death sentence for a perfect wanna-be, and then this will have been the perfect crime!

Baez Talks

Jose Baez said on Monday, that Casey was fully aware that she will likely face the death penalty. I hope that he advised his client from the beginning that this could be a very big possibility. Baez also mentioned something to the effect of, that Casey is also aware of the “forces” out there to get her. What? does he mean “evil forces? The prosecution is out to get her; legally. Anyway Jose Baez claims that he does not want to change anything and that he will continue to keep doing what he is doing.

Baez is not certified to head a counsel on a death penalty charge. We will see who he brings in to sit on the team. Perhaps, Mr. Terry Lenamon as before. Baez continued on and will soon be questioning Orange County Sheriff Deputy Phillip Graves and a corrections officer Tammy Tinser, he is looking for a loop-hole in someones story just to create doubt in the minds of the jury.

On May 7th, Baez will be back in court trying to block the video taped reaction to the findings of the skeletal remains of Caylee. Baez and team would love to have that tiny morsel sealed so that a jury would never see it. Apparently it is Caylee having a dramatic reaction that resembles more like a panic/anxiety attack which would be unlikely to go for an insanity defense as anxiety attacks are about yourself only and not that of the show of loss for ones child.

In other news: The Anthony’s (George and Cindy) apparently are being booked/or have booked a show with Oprah in early May! If you feel that being interviewed by Oprah would add something to the world, do nothing and say nothing and just choose to watch. But if you are opposed please by all means go to www.oprah.com and complain!  Leave a nice message and let Oprah know that while we all love her so much, the Anthony’s leave something to be desired and let her know that you will not watch and that it is her engaging and thought provoking stories and caring heart are why she is #1!  She is very classy and to put them on is crushing! Let her know, perhaps they will reconsider!

Death Penalty for Ice Cold Casey

Well, in a stunning release just late yesterday, prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder case put the death penalty back on the table. Prosecutors stating “aggravating circumstance” as part of the reason for the new movement in the case. I think that all along the prosecution team had enough for the murder 1 charge. In the state of Florida and around the United States it is considered extra heinous if one kills a child that is under the age of twelve. And going along with that would also be a premeditated determination. In other words if the adult plotted and planned for the murder to take place; would also be considered a circumstance which is considered aggravating.

To this writer, the October date for this case cannot get here soon enough. The ice princess Casey with the ice cold heart, could cop a plea and help save her own life. Jose Baez in most states in the United States does not have enough experience again for this kind of case. All will wonder whom he will bring to the table to aid in the fight to save Casey’s lowly life. Will we see the reemergence of Terry Lenamon? Or will the Jose Beaz bring a different gun in?

Ice princess Casey has her days numbered; if she chooses to remain quiet and not cop to a plea, she will have the choice of a needle and the electric chair. Florida still has an active electric chair!  Perhaps her parents can get through to her, I think not only would the pleas hasten the length of the trial, it may be easier for all involved. It is hard to know that any one state would have a woman on death row. Especially one that is still so young. What a terrible life Casey has led. Her life involved cheating, stealing, lieing,drinking, drugging, passing herself around, and finally murder! Not too productive a citizen. The little life of her child Caylee was cut down in a way too short time and in a manner that no one should ever have realized.

I cannot help but to think that, that little baby trusted her mommy and she probably(I hope) smiled at her mommy before she did the deed. I am hoping little Caylee did not know what was coming. It would be awful to think that the child “woke up” inside the trunk, or that she “woke up” and was inside the bags already! I hope and pray that it did not go down that way.  I think that Casey probably loved her, but her mind became so twisted and couldn’t see past the fact that she would be “tied down” only for a short while. These little children grow up, they are not little forever. Life for Casey could only have gotten easier. Look her parents obviously loved and took care of Caylee all the time. Too bad Casey went down the wrong path. She made many of the wrong choices in life; perhaps she can make one great good one by choosing to accept a plea and let us all breathe a sigh of relief. She can rot in jail and we can know exactly why she did what she did.

Next chapter in the story is the Cindy and George Anthony road-show, the rumor is that  Oprah will be hosting the pair in early May. I’m going to the web-page to complain- we do not think that they deserve a platform as high as the one we place on the Oprah show!

Cindy Anthony-Emotional Show

Cindy and George Anthony prove to be on the defensive during the deposing of the Zenaida Gonzalez defamation suit. In fact, the interviews ended in Cindy storming out and claiming she’s done!   What else is new? The Anthony’s wanting full control over something they should have no control over. This is a family that has endured alot starting with the  losing of their granddaughter to a murderous death, then in a very public way ; the memorializing of the baby and lastly most important is the ongoing case of their daughter who is in jail and on trial for that murder. Wow, that is a lot for any one!  So one could expect a slight bit of edginess of the part of Cindy right?

My commentary is the full out attack of anyone that gets in their way(Cindy and George) and the fact that anyone can be subject to those attacks! Cindy has found anyone that disagrees with the thought that Casey is innocent is going to be her victim. It may be a defense mechanism for her, but ultimately she feels that when she can control even just the tiniest bit of anything, it is just a bit of vindication. And she does not care what anyone thinks of her.  But ultimately could this be used against her and the plight of her own daughter’s case.

At the deposition brought as a counter-suit from the charges levied by Casey against Zenaida Gonzalez, Cindy showed her true colors. Both Cindy and George were considered very hostile, combative, and this is caught on tape. Cindy at one point even cursed several times at the lawyers conducting the deposition questioning, and culminating in Cindy walking out on the proceedings. Her personality was mean and she was skirting most of the answers. George made several laughable comments to the lawyers and at one point seemed he was going to explode but his calm head prevailed. He even apologized to Zenaida Gonzalez and said he hoped he would be able to shake her hand in the end of everything.

Going back to Cindy, she chawed her gum and swigged hard on her water bottle along with smirking as questions were asked of her. Upon entry into the office of the lawyers, Cindy set up her own video camera to tape the lawyers asking her the questions. Most lawyers would not advise their clients to tape the lawyers, but it seems like Mr. Conway is not in control of his clients.  At several points, we could tell Cindy was playing for the cameras themselves. She did some despicable things, like saying directly to Zanaida Gonzalez, that she wasn’t as pretty as the description that her daughter gave her, and as she pointed and shouted at Zanaida that she didn’t lose her job!

In the end many discrepancies were noted between Cindy and George’s deposition answers. This will most likely help Ms Gonzalez’s case. It is unfortunate that Cindy did not show the colors of a classy and educated woman, instead she showed everyone that she is taking a hard-nose stance and that she unequivocally believes her daughter Casey’s story about “Zanny the Nanny”! She was mean and cold and often her mannerisms and character reminded me so much of Casey on tape! And then I remembered that the apple does not fall far from the tree!

Casey Says Lee Wanted Sex !

I watched Nancy Grace and those new unreleased tapes again, and come away even more disgusted than the night before!  Casey stoops to new lows and as usual it’s very sick and twisted!

While Casey primps herself to death making herself be much prettier for the camera. It is very important for one to look dazzling in the cameras of the police interrogation room!  But I got even more turned off as the interview with Jesse Grund continued.  He was on the tape saying that he too was revolted and sickened as he told investigators what Casey had told him. She said to Jesse that she was alone in the house one day and that Lee had asked her for sex!  In fact she said that he tried to trick her into doing it! What? I think as Casey has shown us all that she is a pathological liar and the majority of things that her mouth spews are not true.

Now mind you I think Lee would do things to help his sister. But this one I sure hope no one believes. Lee could be a lot of things, but an incest raper is most likely not one of them! It was Casey fantasizing again! Remember that her mind can go to places that all of us non-pathological killers do not go!  I guess that she thought Jesse would feel so much more sorry for her.

Her thoughts are twisted and confusing but the manufacture of lies is going on constantly and one has to be larger than the next! I hope that in this lie, there was no kernal of truth as with many of them.

Casey Anthony:The Day of Arrest!

As seen last evening on the Nancy Grace show, was new tapes released to the public and starring none other than Casey Anthony herself. The tapes reveal, at least to this writer, that Casey Anthony is definitely marching to a different drum! The tape starts with the subsequent questioning of Casey as she first comes into the Orange County cops possession. She appears to be very calm, collected, and to the matter of fact. What catches my eye, as the officers exit the room, is Casey’s apparent desire to primp. She begins fingering her hair,adjusting her shirt, even standing at one point primping the whole entire shirt, pulling up knee socks,looking at fingernails, and wringing her hands. At one point Casey realizes that there are cameras in each room, and even asks one of the officers: are there cameras in every room? She did not appear to have any concern for anything, just I want to look cute right now. She is not crying, and  her voice is steady and shows no sign of strain. She isn’t a person who has committed an atrocity, she’s just a person who even at one point, says she knew this was coming. Meaning that she knew she would eventually get arrested.

When the actual questioning begins she acts as if she is a lawyer. She tries to act smarter than the officers and puts on an air that she doesn’t have to answer the questions on the fact that she is not generating the conversation. She knows that at least anything that she says can and will be used against her in the court of law.  Still I find her demeanor quite unbelievable. Who has not gotten stopped for speeding and felt like crying? Who has not been upset for tiny small things that would never put us away for any amount of jail time? Let alone killing our own child, then throwing her out like trash, and then going living our life, and then having police question us because they do know in their heart of hearts that we did something? She truly has no heart and is made of stone!

Other notes and movements on the case, the taping of brother Lee in the car with Casey’s ex-boyfriend is chilling. He admits that he is not sure that Casey did it!The interview of the ex-investigator telling that Dominic Casey was given instruction to find Caylee’s remains and the approximate area in which to find her and the fact that she was point blank dead! This makes us wonder who and what did actually take place. Did the Anthony’s have something to do with the disposal of Caylee’s body, did Casey actually tell Lee? And then he hire the investigators to see if she were telling the truth? So many questions because these two investigators were out there long before the police were, and the meter readers tip! I think overall this case is moving in the right direction and I think that there is plenty of information that has come to light now that begs to question. Sometimes when you are getting close to solving any puzzle the pieces will start to fit together much more easily. And then it becomes complete and the whole picture is shown.

I think the amount of bulls**t that Casey put out there is incredible that she could manufacture so many lies. And live like this. We can figure that she crafted these types of lies all of her life so that it was second nature to her. In other words, it appears that Casey lies so much that she not only believes her lies, she was living in one lie after another. Nothing in her life was real except for the fact that she was breathing! Too bad.

Once again, the walls are closing in now, and the puzzle pieces are starting to fit together much more easily now.Good luck Casey and Baez team; see you in court!
