Casey Anthony on Broadway!

For shame, shame on Steven Sodeberg!  The very creative director of such blockbusters like Erin Brockovich and the Ocean’s Eleven series, has launched an idea to create a new play and have it featured on broadway in Sydney Australia! Sounds great, right?

Why shameful? Because the play that Mr. Sodeberg has now written is one that is no less than extremely controversial here in states, that’s why! He has written a play with the subject matter being none other than Casey Anthony and her now deceased child Caylee Anthony! It first boarders on the yuck factor and then it lands on the really? factor! Why would a guy of his stature choose this subject matter? This is a matter that is not resolved yet either!  The trial has not begun, and while I have not even read one word of this possible Broadway stint, I feel that at this time it may very well be a terrible idea.

This case has catapulted all of America and now the world to come in contact with a little girl whose untimely death has sparked our core heartstrings and often brought the general caller to shows and messages to tears, will soon reach the crescendo in a trial that may well be filled with the hype and grandeur of the OJ case!  While many of the case documents have been shown to the public and TV and news/talk shows have had extensive coverage and debate still all the facts are not known. The actual trial and all of its spin will prove to be very interesting as well as awful in the discovery of all the facts as it relates to the loss of this a tiny defenseless little girl. Caylee Anthony will always be remembered. She has been memorialized in the most public of ways.

Her short life will be a never-ending one. And the trial of the mother who should’ve have loved and protected her will start soon, but that affair will be long, and drawn out and will be also a never-ending one! The coverage will be extensive and even macabre. We may even get sick of turning on the TV and will wish for it to all go away! Then suddenly a play will open on Broadway written by Mr. Sodeberg and I’ll shake my head and say I knew this was going to happen. I’ll be secretly hoping that it will bomb and ticket sales will be so low that opening show and closing show will be the same night.

Upon further review, the Casey Anthony defense team may even file a motion to suppress the release of the play depending on the content; that’s Baez way after all. Mr. Sodeberg perhaps you should wait until the trial is over before you open that play down under. Who knows the original thoughts that are in your head may even have you sitting in the court room amongst the new celebrity you will have helped to elevate; Casey Anthony! Perhaps the profit you make from the play could go to the tax payers of the State of Florida or the United States to off-set the super ugly costs involved!  Now that would be an original idea wouldn’t it be?

Casey Anthony Realizing Her Fate?

The appearance of Casey Anthony and the CMA team in court the other day spied a change in her demeanor. Also the appearance of her mother and father behind her may have had an effect as well. George and Cindy Anthony showing up for her support. George blowing a kiss to his ensconced daughter finally turned up the dial on the water works.  Casey Anthony eyes welled up with huge tears. She quietly wiped them with the available Kleenex.

Her appearance and demeanor has changed quite dramatically since her last appearance. She looks as if she may finally know exactly what type of trouble she is in. Casey Anthony her hair is longer and her skin color showing the pallor of being indoors. According to the jail, Casey Anthony is locked up for approximately twenty-three hours per day. She is in the position of solitary confinement due to her tumultuous crime and the high-profile image of her.

Her team of lawyers has finally gotten to her and told her to check her attitude at the door!  She was most likely told that her attitude and the facial expressions that she exudes to the public (who may potentially become her jury) may cause her harm, and that she seems uncaring and insensitive. She has to try for the “please feel sorry for me” looks, or “I am just a confused innocent”!  It will be hard for her to get the public opinion that she will need. P.S. That’s my opinion!

It appears that the Baez team is trying for any other angle that they can conceivably come up with to create a shadow of a doubt. Just recently Baez is asking for Casey Anthony ex-boyfriend Tony Lazzaro phone records- possible trying to create a “story” that perhaps he was the one who did it and had the opportunity to “dump” Caylee Anthony in those woods while Casey Anthony was already being held in jail!  Ugh!  In this writer’s opinion, it is utterly disgusting that they could try to weasel this past the judge and or even a jury! Hopefully the educated minds of possible jurors that are out there will be smarter and will look only at the true evidence!  Surely the circus will most likely be delayed, but just in case October is not so far away! Here’s to hoping the trial starts soon!

Here’s also hoping that Casey Anthony has full realization that she faces something  severe and  that she also realizes that it is most likely that she is not going to just “get out” of this mess. 

I’ll say it again, too bad she didn’t take her mom up on the “you go out and party and I’ll take the baby” . Too bad for everyone.

Casey Anthony Case Disgusting!

As the details of the autopsy along with all of the other evidence heard thus far in the case of Caylee Anthony’s death are in a word: disgusting!

There are a great many words that one could tag this case, but with the details released comes the thought of utter disgust! How in the world could have anyone have done this? Details of the autopsy report have revealed many things, like the fact that duct tape wrapped over the mouth and the nose, was wrapped around and around! Not once around; Casey wrapped the duct tape angrily around and around! Duct tape had held the mandible intact and even more gross, hair from the head of Caylee was also still attached to the tape. This shows the force in which the child was wrapped! But it also goes to prove the level of decomposition. It proves that the body was in a very early stage of decomp. when tape was placed.

Further gross details such as her spine was dragged away by animals- the spine was intact itself with roots and plant life growing up through it! This shows it was there at least 4 months due to the growth of the plant life. Other bones found at the scene, show that there are animal teeth marks on the bones and that the autopsy further reveals that animals dragged bones away from intial decomposition site.

Sadness abounds and continues, for prior to the release of the autopsy results, George Anthony, father of Casey, approached the judge asking for peace for his family. Asking and pleading with the judge stating that it will cause more undue harm to them and that the grief is crushing them! It was awful to hear and to watch! I felt a great amount of sadness for them. The judge must have had a lump in his throat, as he knows he must release this information, but he is human. I know for this writer, I felt sad and disgust reading it; imagine what her mom and dad are going through! The very thought that someone you could love could do such terrible things, it would be hard not to blame each other. These parents must continue to get therapy if they can. It is not helathy and Cindy and George Anthony are so close to going over the edge. You can hear the genuine grief in George Anthony’s voice. I would not trade places with them in a minute!

Further details released are the fact that the prosecution has requested photos of the tattoo on Casey Anthony’s shoulder. The tattoo says”Bella Vita”. In English the translation means Beautiful Life. This tattoo was applied two weeks after Caylee went missing. The owner of the Cast Iron Tattoo, Danny Knight was told that the baby was at the nanny. Mr. Knight told the media that Casey was a regular at his tattoo establishment and that Caylee had been there a number of times. He thought nothing of Casey’s explanation because she seemed so nice and did not appear to have a worry in the world!

In closing today,Casey Anthony is a cold hearted individual! She is a selfish, narcissistic and psychotic woman who felt restrained by her child in so many ways in her mind it was easier for everyone involved if she just disposed of her!

Soon the trial will take place and it is this writers intent that she be fully punished to the extent of the law! Whatever that should mean!

Treatment of Casey Anthony Cruel???

Hey wait a minute!  Guards thought the treatment of Casey Anthony cruel and unusual??? Say What? The taping of a prisoner is not cruel and unusual. And when a person becomes incarcerated, thatterminates your rights to everything except civil liberty. When you are imprisoned in our country, you have the right to have three square meals, you have a right to sleep, to go to the bathroom, to clean yourself, and finally to be imprisoned away from the extreme elements such as a hard winter or extreme heat……in other words a roof over your head. The prison then gives you privileges such as a trip to the day room to watch TV., or perhaps a phone call for twenty minutes maybe, to read, and be rewarded for your good behavior.   Let’s ask Laura Ling and Euna Lee if at this point do they have those privileges as of yet?? And neither killed a child or dumped a child or even just lied about the whereabouts of their children!

If I was anywhere near Casey Anthony in the employ as a guard I would tape everything just for my own safety inside so that she cannot do the very thing she is currently doing, asking her law staff to create and manufacture a reason for sympathy!  Good Luck Baez and Death Row Angel; she gave herself away and it was on tape- too bad! Get over it! she made a nest for you to defend-just let her sleep in it!

Let us all not forget that Caylee Anthony is gone and never to breathe again thanks to the lady who was her mom and couldn’t have given a care if she was cruel to her. Seriously folks, I really wish that the trial were today, because the repetition of the same ‘ol is just that the same ‘ol! It is really cruel that we have to sit around and blog about the ice princess that is crying like a “baby in the brig”!  Let’s get on with it already. My thoughts are with Laura Ling and Euna Lee and there’s a crime that really needs to be written about!

Oprah Dumps the Anthony’s

I thought that it was very extraordinary that Oprah put the families of the Columbine High School shootings before her and that of her show. And the planned show was put on the back burner. The families were recognized by Oprah and her staff, and that was very nice.

On the the scheduled appearance of Cindy and George Anthony, I personally joined in on a blogging, e-mail, and twitter campaign to ask Oprah to reconsider, and not to proceed with the  Cindy and George Anthony interview in late May. I think that Oprah is a class act and I personally felt that at this time, it was not prudent to go on with this interview. It is not that I don’t want to hear what they may have to say, it’s just that perhaps this should be done after the trial is over.

I am sure that Oprah’s interview would not impede the criminal proceedings taking place in the court room. (the actual trial has not taken place yet; just pre-trial motions, etc.) But the possible tainting of the jury is a possibility. There can’t be too many people out there, that have not heard of Casey Anthony or of Caylee Anthony; so it does not matter where in Florida the actual trial takes place. But I do think that Oprah has an extremely huge fan/watch base; and that many televisions would be tuned in to listen to Cindy and George Anthony spew things about building a foundation in Caylee’s honor. Or on the thoughts that Casey is innocent. Or how about more thoughts on can anyone find the fictitious Zanaida Gonzalez?

I would never discount, however, Oprah’s ability to draw out good answers for great questions. I would never discount Oprah’s ability to “out” the liar in Cindy; and implore the humble in George. But it is a show and May is sweeps. So in honor of her, and her wonderful support staff, I request all of my readers watch intensely her shows in May. Let’s show Oprah that her good ratings come from classy shows and a host that is beyond reproach. Let Cindy and George go into to a realm where currently they belong; Springer! 

Now their(Cindy and George) outlook and interview could be very different after the entire trial is over, and the sentencing done. Perhaps Oprah can interview then. *Thank you Oprah for all of your integrity. Please give a call over to the CBS Early Show; because the Anthony’s are now booked there. Maybe you could clue them in!*

And a big P.S. to anyone else listening, Caylee was never a missing person. Caylee was a child that was murdered at the hands of what looks like her mother. Her own flesh and blood; perhaps Cindy and George could donate the boat to those that spent lots of man-hours, sweat, and tears actually  looking and believing that  someone “took” Caylee and continued to donate /devote their own time to it. And then they can open a center for those families who have had a loved one commit murder and change their lives forever. They could call it the Grief and Guilt Center. Unfortunately and with great sadnessCindy and George are not the only family that have been touched in this way! They really should extend an olive branch to others; it would be much more healthy for them.

George and Cindy Media Message

On Friday, George and Cindy Anthony stated in an e-mail message of a spokesperson, that the decision to seek the death penalty will not change the support and love that the Anthony’s have for Casey.

Lee Anthony, through his attorney, stated that he did not expect the State’s Attorney’s office to make this move given the evidence that has been made public. The attorney then described his client (Lee) is going through shock and horror that the State is prosecuting this case to that level.

I do not think that any family going through this should not love their family member. I do not think that the way you have looked at your child for all of their lives would change much. But to be the one who is the only suspect in the case of killing her child, and the fact that it looks was done not by accident and most likely premeditated and planned, I personally would feel some anguish. I could not put on blinders and just issue statements or walk out of depositions. I as a parent would so have disdain for that which my child will have done, I think that I would have a bearing of extreme guilt in the matter. A brother, who felt strong bonds to a sister so close in age, should in the very least shutter at the thought of the baby as Casey put her into bags. I think the family should gather together in prayer, I think the family should gather and find forgiveness as they step forward in a long and arduous trial that looms ahead.

I think that the family should close ranks and try to campaign to spare Casey’s life and have answers and  redeeming reasons. Every soul can be saved so they say. But the stance of hard-ball denial is not working for the Anthony family and denial is not a healthy thing.

The prosecution and sheriffs department and cooperation from the FBI, the departments have been meticulous in findings and apparently not leaving any unturned stones. Police have been able to track Casey’s sleeping and eating patterns. They are tracking her whereabouts. What was discovered is uncanny! On the average Casey texted some 12 messages per hour! Upon waking every morning she sent approx. 60 text messages! This goes on non-stop throughout the day. Between the dates of June 1 st-July 17th  Casey sent over 4,000 text messages!

Wow! Casey has lots to say and said it often!  So much so that it has helped in the investigation of exactly when Casey did everything that she did. Casey was up until 2-3 AM and then getting up for the next day at between the hours of 6-7 AM; everyday! A lot of texting and no sleep make for a nasty unproductive person in society. Add in a bit of bi-polar and you have got yourself one heck of a mess!

There is no perfect crime and most real criminals will get caught in the end. In this case, Cindy Casey’s mother is memorizing whole sections of the reports, so that Cindy will be “perfect” on the stand when it is her turn to get up there.

Hopefully, the prosecution will have an easy time, wrapping up a perfect death sentence for a perfect wanna-be, and then this will have been the perfect crime!

Baez Talks

Jose Baez said on Monday, that Casey was fully aware that she will likely face the death penalty. I hope that he advised his client from the beginning that this could be a very big possibility. Baez also mentioned something to the effect of, that Casey is also aware of the “forces” out there to get her. What? does he mean “evil forces? The prosecution is out to get her; legally. Anyway Jose Baez claims that he does not want to change anything and that he will continue to keep doing what he is doing.

Baez is not certified to head a counsel on a death penalty charge. We will see who he brings in to sit on the team. Perhaps, Mr. Terry Lenamon as before. Baez continued on and will soon be questioning Orange County Sheriff Deputy Phillip Graves and a corrections officer Tammy Tinser, he is looking for a loop-hole in someones story just to create doubt in the minds of the jury.

On May 7th, Baez will be back in court trying to block the video taped reaction to the findings of the skeletal remains of Caylee. Baez and team would love to have that tiny morsel sealed so that a jury would never see it. Apparently it is Caylee having a dramatic reaction that resembles more like a panic/anxiety attack which would be unlikely to go for an insanity defense as anxiety attacks are about yourself only and not that of the show of loss for ones child.

In other news: The Anthony’s (George and Cindy) apparently are being booked/or have booked a show with Oprah in early May! If you feel that being interviewed by Oprah would add something to the world, do nothing and say nothing and just choose to watch. But if you are opposed please by all means go to www.oprah.com and complain!  Leave a nice message and let Oprah know that while we all love her so much, the Anthony’s leave something to be desired and let her know that you will not watch and that it is her engaging and thought provoking stories and caring heart are why she is #1!  She is very classy and to put them on is crushing! Let her know, perhaps they will reconsider!

Casey Anthony:The Day of Arrest!

As seen last evening on the Nancy Grace show, was new tapes released to the public and starring none other than Casey Anthony herself. The tapes reveal, at least to this writer, that Casey Anthony is definitely marching to a different drum! The tape starts with the subsequent questioning of Casey as she first comes into the Orange County cops possession. She appears to be very calm, collected, and to the matter of fact. What catches my eye, as the officers exit the room, is Casey’s apparent desire to primp. She begins fingering her hair,adjusting her shirt, even standing at one point primping the whole entire shirt, pulling up knee socks,looking at fingernails, and wringing her hands. At one point Casey realizes that there are cameras in each room, and even asks one of the officers: are there cameras in every room? She did not appear to have any concern for anything, just I want to look cute right now. She is not crying, and  her voice is steady and shows no sign of strain. She isn’t a person who has committed an atrocity, she’s just a person who even at one point, says she knew this was coming. Meaning that she knew she would eventually get arrested.

When the actual questioning begins she acts as if she is a lawyer. She tries to act smarter than the officers and puts on an air that she doesn’t have to answer the questions on the fact that she is not generating the conversation. She knows that at least anything that she says can and will be used against her in the court of law.  Still I find her demeanor quite unbelievable. Who has not gotten stopped for speeding and felt like crying? Who has not been upset for tiny small things that would never put us away for any amount of jail time? Let alone killing our own child, then throwing her out like trash, and then going living our life, and then having police question us because they do know in their heart of hearts that we did something? She truly has no heart and is made of stone!

Other notes and movements on the case, the taping of brother Lee in the car with Casey’s ex-boyfriend is chilling. He admits that he is not sure that Casey did it!The interview of the ex-investigator telling that Dominic Casey was given instruction to find Caylee’s remains and the approximate area in which to find her and the fact that she was point blank dead! This makes us wonder who and what did actually take place. Did the Anthony’s have something to do with the disposal of Caylee’s body, did Casey actually tell Lee? And then he hire the investigators to see if she were telling the truth? So many questions because these two investigators were out there long before the police were, and the meter readers tip! I think overall this case is moving in the right direction and I think that there is plenty of information that has come to light now that begs to question. Sometimes when you are getting close to solving any puzzle the pieces will start to fit together much more easily. And then it becomes complete and the whole picture is shown.

I think the amount of bulls**t that Casey put out there is incredible that she could manufacture so many lies. And live like this. We can figure that she crafted these types of lies all of her life so that it was second nature to her. In other words, it appears that Casey lies so much that she not only believes her lies, she was living in one lie after another. Nothing in her life was real except for the fact that she was breathing! Too bad.

Once again, the walls are closing in now, and the puzzle pieces are starting to fit together much more easily now.Good luck Casey and Baez team; see you in court!

No Death Penalty Sought For Casey Anthony?!

It appears that the State of Florida is not going to seek the death penalty for Casey Anthony!  The State of Florida is somewhat progressive in handing out the death penalty. With the overwhelming evidence, circumstantial or not, and the fact that the police are saying that Casey did intentionally kill her daughter Caylee, it is a wonder why they are not seeking the highest attainable sentence.

Casey in court shackled in chains, and very stoic in facial expressions. Only once did she show expression to her lawyers.  It also appears that Terry Lenamon has artfully created an “out” for Casey Anthony. By trying to say that Casey Anthony accidentally caused the death of Caylee Anthony!  It is outrageous! But after all folks, that is his job, to come in and “save” the life of his client.

The prosecution does/and can still go after the murder 1 charge if they so wish. Today the judge did not block the tape recorded incident that happened in jail after the announcement of the finding of the bones of the child. Apparently Casey Anthony doubled-over and began to hyperventilate! The opinion is that Casey Anthony’s reaction is one that is common when a sense of fear sets in. Also the judge did not block other racy-type pictures allegedly out there that will be brought into court as further evidence. That evidence shows that Casey is not suffering from any type of depressive mood disorders.

So while there is movement in this case, it is far from being tried and I am sure that more and more evidence will be brought forth in this case that the public is not aware of, and will prove to be very interesting in the end of all of this.

Cindy and George Anthony were seated in the court room directly behind Casey. I am sure that this is good for Cindy and George as part of their immediate healing process. To be there at least close to Casey where glass is not between them. This is a terrible way to begin the healing process, but the acceptance of the fact that Casey has done this to Caylee may be the start. And going back into the public arena and show the love of a daughter; even a bad seed, is a bond that cannot be broken. Making some sort of peace with everything will help them in the end.

Casey Anthony Evidence Matches!

The Orange County States Attorney let out damning evidence that links the crime scene directly to the Anthony home and the crime scene!

The same kind of duct tape on gas can that was on Caylee, the sticker(and gum residue) that was on the duct tape was found in the Anthony home. The sticker sheet  that was found was an identical match with stickers missing out of it! Also and very mind boggling was the entry in Casey’s diary that states she is the happiest she has been in a long time, and she hopes that her happiness lasts! Among other things written one month to the day that Caylee was reported missing! It shows the state of mind of Casey!  In this diary she does not ever mention Caylee, it is all about herself as she refers to herself (I) throughout the diary. And finally the garbage bag that contained the body of Caylee was also found in the Anthony home.

It looks that this is even more evidence that Jose Baez will not be able to refute!  Finally evidence that directly can tie Casey to the crime scene itself!  Jose Baez cannot say he cannot trust the FBI lab anymore. It would not be responsible as a lawyer. He needs to present a case in which he can plead for her life instead.

In a cold and callous way the mother destroyed the life of her only child, and then her next step was to get rid of her and that she did! It appears she stuck her in the trunk, and drove and drove. Spotting Zenaida Gonzalez’s name and began to construct her plan. And continuing in her cold and callous way she finally “dropped” her precious cargo near the only place she knew-her home! And then with her head held high she continued to be cold and callous while the baby laid out in a grassy lot slowly decomposing, how could she had been so cold and nasty?  Why would she take this route, so many other options were open to her.   I pray for the soul of Casey, the ice princess, as the satanic reaper carts her to the darkest place known to exist. And then my prayers and thoughts turn to the angel gone way too soon, and I pray she did not hurt. I pray that she just slept peacefully. Bless the family of Casey they could not have ever known!  It is not your fault that the child went wayward!  I pray for peace as your fingerprints have exonerated you all.
