Padilla Agrees to Polygraph

Leonard Padilla and his group of divers are out there and at it again today. I say more power to him! I hope he finds Caylee. I pray someone does. The authorities have asked Mr. Padilla to take a polygraph test to see if he may have planted evidence. We assume that is what they are after. He has agreed to have the poly test. 

Mr. Padilla has been on the “inside” with Casey Anthony and may have picked up on things she has said. I know that the authorities would not want a bounty hunter to come in and solve their case for them. But why is it like that?  I truly believe that he is on the side of good things with just a touch of “I want to be famous”, if he uncovers what he thinks is something to do with Caylee or Casey Anthony, I hope that they take it into account. It seemed to me that a judgement was made at the scene to throw out the sack of toys that was weighted down with rocks or bricks!  Really who does that? It seems too odd that even a kid would not think to do that! When the local authorities came on the scene to witness the evidence found in the river; they dismissed it as not having anything to do with the case. Having no connection to Caylee. My child has a great many toys, from many stages of growth. It would take quite a while for me to figure out exactly what could be missing.

Going back to Mr. Tim Miller of Equusearch and the subsequent “banter” that happened on the Nancy Grace show, it is a shame that it happened. It appears that they are most definitely on the same page; they both want desperately to find Caylee. One wants to do it with more fanfare than the other, I think, is the only difference!

At least we know that both of these men and their groups of people have big hearts and are willing to whatever they can to attain their goal. Very much unlike mommie dearest Casey Anthony whom is heartless!

Casey Anthony No Reaction!

Casey Anthony had a bit of r & r today. But while she was out oops someone left the TV on, and you guessed it, she saw a bit of the search for Caylee orchestrated by Leonard Padilla!   And instead of having the motherly reaction, and perhaps shouting at the TV, or crying out my baby, my baby……she just gazed and simply went to her cell as guards turned off the TV. She had zero reaction whatsoever! Could this be because she knows that is not where she put Caylee, or is it because the searchers are getting close. The detachment from Caylee is terribly evident.

I hope that Leonard Padilla does find something, and something quick! Equusearch claims that they are going to continue to search. The president Mr. Tim Miller stated that they pulled out because of the rain waters. They were too high.

This case gets crazier and crazier!  Mr. Tim Miller accused Leonard Padilla of turning this into a circus and said he thought that they’d be famous forever if they found Caylee that day. I hope that the two will join forces, instead of accusing the other. Mr. Miller said he had already had spent some three hours out there with sonar on the pond and said he did not see anything.

I will continue to watch this case, and the changes to it. I am hoping resolution will come shortly.

Casey Anthony Indicted

At this point there may be up to seven counts against Casey Anthony!  Standing next to her attorney Jose Baez, she shed tears for herself and her fate! Crocodile tears.

She is supposed to turn herself in to the police in a couple of hours. This time she will not get out of jail. And only until Casey is arrested will the counts be released. The counts against her are currently sealed.

The Grand Jury has spoken and it looks like among the seven counts will be one of Capital murder.

The full evidence will also be released once the charges are made public and she turns herself in.

Update on the dress that was found yesturday, the search team that found the dress was part of an Equusearch team. They have sent this dress off to the FBI lab and with hopes, it is hers and perhaps has DNA on it too.

Thank goodness it finally has come to a head and now Casey is headed to spend a long time in jail. P.S. She is innocent until proven guilty.

Caylee Anthony Dress Found Near Airport!

Breaking news !!  The piece of clothing found near where pings were pinpointed, was a dress size 6, it is thought to be that of Caylee Anthony. The clock is ticking on Casey Anthony……….

The indictment comes down after the Grand jury meets Tomarrow 10/14/08.

Tim Miller of Equusearch is running out of money, they are $44,000. in debt(they operate for free) and the family of Casey Anthony is not cooperating with them. Because Cindy and George only want to believe that Caylee is alive. This is probably not true!  They are not cooperating I feel that in their strange way, they are protecting their daughter Casey. Mr. Miller is getting too close and they know it!

I beg, Mr. Miller do not stop! You are right there! Your tactics, your experience and your tools are tantamount. And I believe that you will find Caylee.

Casey Anthony, Your Time Has Come

The time line can be created, the possible motive begins to emerge; and honey it looks like Orange County is not playing around!

Equusearch is here. Mr. Tim Miller and his wife came up with this group as a way to fight back in the loss of their daughter. Their daughter was murdered, and they became victims, and their daughter became a sad statistic. Now the team is here and they will leave no stone unturned! They begin in the areas in and around the Orlando International Airport. In response to cell phone pings, that were concentrated in that area on the day that cops have in question. Mr. Miller and his team does everything for free and their mission here is strong. Their desire to bring Caylee home for burial is tantamount.

It appears that Casey Anthony exhibited behaviors that are typical of a criminal who has just committed a criminal act. A horrifying act. It is the act of celebration after! Thank you Target for those cameras! Keep them rolling you’ll never know exactly who, or what they may catch on them! I know that I will shop ten times more there for just knowing that I will be seen there if I go missing!!! God forbid!

I thought it quite ironic as she ripped off her best friend and bought that “82″ t-shirt (caught on tape), then we later see her in it as she is escorted off to jail in cuffs alongside her lawyer Jose Baez! Ooops!

The state does not have to prove any motive whatsoever! Once a Grand Jury is brought into play, I believe, that the state is bringing a capital case. Murder 1. Lawyer Jose Baez was on TV telling everyone that he is refusing to let Casey speak before the Grand Jury as he thinks that the jury pool will be tainted, however, isn’t he tainting the jury pool by talking on TV.(Gosh, another correlation between Drew Peterson case, his lawyer was all over the place talking, and talking! Wow!)

Listen everyone, I think there is plenty more evidence out there that the general public is not privy to. What we already know and what has been reported on, I understand that this is quite enough to bring  charges!  The FBI lab has alot to go on already.  I hope that they continue to be dilligent with this case, and continue to be painstakingly careful with each and every piece of evidence. No one wants to hear that this or that was thrown out due to mishandling. Please no loopholes for the slime to ooze through!

Can you say cell phone and text addict?

I am still in shock that a person could possibly have 754 cell phone pings and in only a few hours. This was not in a month.  Who out there is so addicted?

Pray now for the recovery soon of a little angel who deserved so very much more than she received in her teeny tiny life. I feel she is in a better place, where she will be gently cared for and revered as special descendant of Earth where she will immediately get her wings. Smile Caylee as you are loved by so many.
