Casey Anthony-Says She Is The Victim!

Those just recently released tapes that have never been seen before just showed a little more of the real Casey Anthony. Pulling a little puss face and pouting like a brat with her parents in August!

Poor, poor Casey she spent the whole day under her covers. Casey says she needs to be looked at as, as much of a victim as the rest of you! (Caylee isn’t ever mentioned at all as usual, except when she claims she just wants her home blah, blah, blah, blah…..same stuff; different day!)  These tapes once again show George and Cindy Anthony’s relationship together with Casey. It seems again that they are handling her with kid gloves afraid to get her mad- because after all she did threaten her mom that “I’m going to hang up and just leave!” As she gets mad at Cindy she also clenches her fist, because she did not like her mother’s line of questioning!

Casey continues on stating that no one is letting her speak. And that she is so frustrated with all of this- she can’t even swallow! She complains that police wouldn’t listen- she only had 24 hrs. before they put her in jail! She cannot do anything  from where’s she’s at! And everyone wants answers!

Meanwhile Jose Baez continues to amaze us all! It appears that an unknown person/or persons went to the prosecution with a complaint against Jose Baez. The rumor is that this complaintant is making known that Baez is possibly making some type of entertainment deal! This deal will also be contingent on what takes place in the trial!  This would be a complete conflict of interest- clearly! He will have violated ethical cannon!  Good work Baez- I knew you’d manage to mess this up!

In other news, it also appears that Baez will be asking for the change of venue! He has filed no papers as of yet. It has also been reported that Jose Baez will be picking a town that does not have respect for law enforcement or where its citizens do not trust law enforcement!

Good luck to you Mr.  Baez and your team, you may find a town to change the venue to but, I cannot believe that that a jury will not see your client as nothing more than a cold-hearted, psychopathic liar who isn’t worthy of anything less than the  death penalty!

Drama with Drew Peterson Part II

The ongoing saga of Drew with the new girl continues. Christina Raines, 23 yrs. old is said to be not only engaged to the slug, but apparently close to moving in with him!  The boyfriend, (or ex-boyfriend) named Mike along with her father Ernie Raines is said to be furious! This past week Drew Peterson, 54 yrs. old, and former Bolingbrook Police Officer, filed an official complaint with the BolingbrookPolice Department saying that Mike,ex-boyfriend of Christina Raines,  (last name unprinted) was stalking him and coming to his house! And also said in so many words that “he is going loony over this!”

I’d have to say we are all going loony over this! I wish that there was some way that Ms Raines could be stopped, but there isn’t. She is 23 yrs. old and is considered an adult. Not only that she will be bringing her children into the situation as well. I do not know why this girl has no fear of a man that currently is married and his wife is missing; and he is a person of interest in that case, and then of course with the case of the other ex-wife being exhumed from her grave and re autopsied and declared homicide and he is a suspect in that case! What must this man be doing to entrap these young women?

Abusers are known for their charm! It’s like a switch that they can turn on and off! But imagine now for a minute how Peterson feels being stalked by this guy!  It must be only one tenth the amount of fear that the former women  in his life felt! I hope that he does get some of his own medicine back in the end. It would be great for him to feel what type of abuse he cast on others.

And certainly not that I promote vigilantism, but eventually someone may come up to Ms Raines with a great big giant fish story. It may go something like this: Ms Raines, we just don’t know what to say but it looks like Mr. Peterson took off with someone else. He ran away with another! So sorry.

I really hope that this girl does not get hurt in the end. Drew Peterson and his low-life lawyers may be whipping up a scheme to make him look like the guy next door. And who wouldn’t like the guy next door? Right?  So I don’t think any of this is for love (or lust for Drew), I’m pretty sure this a legal move to help him obtain a divorce from Stacy Peterson in the long run.

Tonight the local TV NBC will be running an interview called “A day in the life of Drew Peterson”, showing him doing the mundane tasks that we all do. Why in the world are they  running that? Did “his” people arrange this?  In yet another attempt to say look how nice I am? We all have it figured out. Ms Raines please watch your back, and have an escape plan ready, because that guy next door is a psychopath!

Casey Anthony- They can tie you to it!

Well it’s almost written in stone now!   The forensics report coming from the Orange County Police force and courtesy of the Nancy Grace Show last night, the prosecutors office hired botanists and entomologists to aid in the solving of the crime scene evidence. They painstakingly reviewed the insect life as well as the vegetation life that was growing in and around and up through parts of the skeletal remains of Caylee.

Armed with that knowledge, the officers are able to then pinpoint exactly to the tee what day the little tot was “put” there. Also in the same effort, the hair that was discovered in the trunk of Casey’s car had decomposition on it. And they know now that through DNA, the connection to Caylee and then  to Casey has been made.  There now is proof positive along with the time-line of Casey’s whereabouts as well as the recounts of others that were with her or had talked to her on her or cell, as well as cell phone pings, place Casey at the scene of the crime.

The world knows now that Caylee drew her very last breath on 6/16/08, and then was placed in the wooded area very near the Anthony residence on 6/18/08. This means that Casey drove around for two complete days with the baby in the trunk!

I’m sure that when Casey looks back and reflects on all that she has done, I think she , even in her off-kilter way, will realize that she did not have to resort to this, she could have taken another road. Her thoughts were apparently so off-center that she chose this route just to be with a guy. What a terrible travesty! There is hurt everywhere.

In closing today, I just want to leave this with the thought that Caylee is resting softly with the angels, and hopefully like Cindy Anthony said once, perhaps Caylee will come back as an angel/protector for the next little child that may face this. And somehow rescue the little one from its fate.

The fate that is not even easy to say…dead at the hand of the one you trusted and loved…your mother.

Questionable buzz swirling around Caylee Anthony case

There is small noise coming out of the Anthony case of late.  Currently the funeral home that is holding the remains of Caylee still has possession of  her, and no second autopsy has been performed as of yet. It appeared that Baez and his team urgently wanted to do a second autopsy on the remains of Caylee. They immediately filed for the release in which to do the autopsy when the prosecution did theirs. And they were granted that right. But still no second autopsy has been performed. And George and Cindy Anthony will not have a funeral until it is done. So Caylee still lays in wait for proper and decent interment. You would think that Cindy and George would ask their lawyer  Brad Conway to find out what is going on so that they may lay to rest their only granddaughter. It seems a shame that this poor little girl cannot get any respect. To expedite the autopsy would only be the right thing to do, it would be the most respectful and decent thing to do! So what’s the wait?

Changing directions a bit, and on to the video tape of wooded area where Caylee had been located; apparently taped over!  What? Yup. That’s what has been said. Dominic Casey, private investigator and his  cronee, Hoover were out gum-shoeing by themselves so they say! Dom. Casey has been involved with the Anthony family in some way since about July 2008-October 2008(on payroll for the defense). So what gives? Did they actually know before everyone else?  The investigators state that they did not know anything before anyone else!

Leonard Padilla, along with any others believe that there must be some connection between Casey, the jail, and perhaps the investigators. Perhaps Baez?  It has been said that possible connection between the meter reader and defense team/and or Anthony’s? Perhaps a simple tip, or even if just a speculation why not tell the police? Could this bring us to Lee Anthony, who has secured himself a criminal defense attorney, and possible obstruction of justice charges? Lee has stated that he was doing his own P.I. work. and maybe he stumbled on the truth via Casey.

And finally, about two weeks ago I had heard a tidbit  of information regarding the One Tree Hill show.  It was mentioned by other bloggers, but I chose not to blog about it. It was mentioned on the Nancy Grace show just this evening. When the FBI was checking Casey’s computer, just coincidentally, google search revealed the 100th episode of One Tree Hill, the premise of the show was that the  nanny kidnapped the baby. Along with all of the other information that has showed up, ie. the neck breaking, household weapons, and chloroform searches.  Someone in that household was preparing to kill.  I believe it was Casey Anthony. How about you?

Confusing Casey Anthony Case

The Casey Anthony case is getting more and more unusual as the date looms for trial to begin.(Which we all know is delayed)  First and foremost we all are aware that the defense in this case is going to do everything in its power to create doubt in the minds of potential jurors in the Florida area. This case has basically been tried in the public by way of media and the opinions of those representing the media.

Right or wrong the general public should hear any of the potential news that is generated. In this case: because of the high-profile  nature of it and because it involves a little child; the public, the neighbors in the area, and many of us far away in other states have “adopted” little Caylee. She has been part of the lives of the general news watcher for just under seven months. Some people don’t make commitment to a job or relationship for that long! (which of course  would make you a loser with a capital “L”!) This story became one that perhaps in a book somewhere, the main character would make it in the end. Which in the case of Caylee, she would’ve been fine and come home in the end.  But we all know that this story did not have that happy fairy tale ending. In fact this story has had more twists and turns than any mystery novel available. And now this case grows even more confusing each day.

The Private eye who was once working with the defense team as an investigator (who is not now employed by the defense) he is in fact employed by Cindy and George Anthony, allegedly took approximately one minute or so of video tape, he claims at the scene of where the body was found. Where he says no body was there. Huh? Before anyone knew it was a crime scene? Baez is trying to get an order of  attorney client privilege, or to say that this is lawyers “work”, which means this is like lawyers notes, these never come before the court. Why would he do that? Is he afraid of what he will say? Or did Baez know something before we all knew it?  Why did the video not get turned over to the police?

As for Casey’s brother Lee, he has retained a lawyer now. For what purpose? Did he do something or know something? Did he help Casey at anytime? This cannot be over the fact that he did not want to have a polygraph test!

Only time will tell all. We can only hope and pray that the evidence that the Orange County Sheriff,  the Police, and finally the FBI have obtained will put Casey Anthony smack-dab in the middle of everything as all of the circumstantial evidence points now.

For any of the potential jurors out there, proceed with an open mind, try to listen to the evidence, and try to make up your own mind. The day will come when the deliberations will take place; that is one jury I would not like to sit on!

Drew Peterson Seeking Divorce?

The sad case of missing Stacy Peterson rears its head again. This time it seems it is because Mr. Drew Peterson went to visit prominent Chicago lawyer Jeffery Leving.  Mr. Leving is a lawyer whom fought for the rights for fathers. He is instrumental in aiding fathers whose visitation rights have been violated by the biological mother of Illinois children. A very amicable thing to do. Good for him.

It has been widely reported that Drew Peterson is/or has sought the advice of Mr. Leving in regard to a possible divorce. It also has been reported that he wants to dissolve any of the marital assets, and get rid of his house in Bolingbrook, IL. He feels it is not a healthy situation for his children. Which I believe. All of this is not a healthy situation for any of his children. By the way it isn’t healthy for his oldest son either, who is grown and out on his own. However, the whole situation is not good. Stacy Peterson has gone missing for one year on the date of Oct. 28, 2008.

Mr. Leving has confirmed in the Chicago Tribune newspaper this morning that he did have a consultation with Drew Peterson. Drew Peterson continues to be a suspect in the disappearance of Stacy Peterson. He continues to profess that Stacy has run off with another man and that he is mad about it.  He is also a person of interest in the death of then third wife Kathleen Savio. Her case has been ruled a homicide rather than accidental as was the case before. DA James Glascow has announced that one of the cases will be solved soon. We are all waiting to see what the outcome of this will be.

In Illinois any type of willful desertion or abandonment is grounds for a divorce after the elapsed time of one year has passed. It is unfortunate that Drew is able to secure a possible lawyer to defend him in this possible situation, and Stacy cannot. One can safely say, that even, in the remote of circumstances, if Stacy took off with another man we now could  say she has met with foul-play. Of course with the label of potential homicide being placed on Stacy’s case and  and the investigation of the 2004 death of Kathleen Savio, and possible inclusion of hearsay evidence to be admitted into the court of law in Illinois could lead us all to the conclusion that it all points to one person and that the divorce should not be granted.

Casey Anthony Charged with Homocide

The police are moving forward in the Casey Anthony case. Have they got enough?

Without the body of little Calley or not placing Casey Anthony directly at the scene; it becomes  a circumstantial case. Can they make it stick? While I am no lawyer, I think once they bring this to trial and go forward with said case, if she is not found guilty she will walk completely free. And then I believe that she cannot be tried again or risk double jeopardy.  I think they (the prosecution team) should take a painstakingly long time examining everything. I realize what we have heard from the TV, and news that there is enough damming evidence to put anyone away. However, I am hoping that Mr. Baez (Casey’s lawyer) does not find some fluky loophole that the squirmy little fish Casey can swim right through.

I hope the end is near for Casey Anthony and her awful cold-blooded heart and smug self wind up checking  in to the nearest  women’s prison! I cannot wait for the day. I hope that the prosecution has an ace in the hole waiting to throw it on the table and seal her fate forever.

Lets see what will play out in the next upcoming weeks. Anything can happen. Who knows maybe Drew Peterson will befriend her and teach other ways to be slimy.
